• 1. These terms and conditions (the “Promotional Terms and Conditions”) govern participation in the Earn on Your USDC Balance (the “Promotion”) made available on this promotion page at https://www.bybit.eu/BackOnTrackPromo (the “Promotional Page”). By participating in the Promotion, users agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions and by the General Terms and Conditions available at Bybit EU General Terms and Conditions (the “General Terms”). Unless the context requires otherwise, terms defined in the General Terms have the same meaning in these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
• 2. This Promotion shall commence on 27 August 2026 at 10:00 AM UTC and shall officially conclude on 15 October 2026 at 10:00 AM UTC ("Promotional Period").
• 3. Participation in this Promotion is exclusively available to residents of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), with the exception of Malta. To be eligible for rewards of any kind, you must be successfully onboarded with Bybit EU and have completed Identity Verification. This Promotion is open to both individuals who have never registered with Bybit EU and those who already maintain an active Bybit EU Account. To be eligible for rewards, all participants must successfully register for the Promotion by clicking the “Register Now” button on the designated Promotion page available at https://www.bybit.eu/BackOnTrackPromo between 27 August 2026 at 10:00 AM UTC and 15 October 2026 at 10:00 AM UTC (“Promotional Period”).
• 4. By submitting your Bybit UID, you acknowledge that Bybit EU will collect, process, and use your personal data for the sole purpose of administering this Promotion. For more information on how your data is handled, please review the Bybit EU Privacy Policy available at (https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/data-protection-and-transparency/privacy-policy).
• 5. This Promotion consists of three independent Perks, each with its own eligibility requirements. Qualifying for one Perk does not automatically make you eligible for any other Perk. The Perks eligibility requirements are listed below.
• 6. Perk 1: "Welcome Gift" - this perk is only available and shown to eligible users in their respective "Rewards Hub" at (https://www.bybit.eu/task-center/rewards_hub). Eligible users for the context of this Welcome Gift are new users, who have created a Bybit EU account and successfully passed the full identity verification process, who are still within 7 days of their sign-up date and top up 100 EUR or more in that 7-day period. The Welcome Gift will not be shown to users who are not eligible. Any Reward distribution will follow the applicable Rewards Terms and Conditions (https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/Bonus-Terms-and-Conditions). This specific Welcome Gift is independent from registration on this promotional page.
• 7. Perk 2: "Earn on Your USDC Balance" - this perk is only available to eligible users. Eligible users for the context of Perk 2 are new users who have created a Bybit EU account and successfully passed the full identity verification process within the Promotional Period and successfully registered for the Promotion through the Promotional Page during the Promotional Period.
• 8. In order to receive rewards under "Earn on Your USDC Balance", users must meet the criteria for one of the Tiers, as described below: - Tier 1: Users who maintain a daily average USDC amount equal to or greater than 100 USDC but less than 500 USDC in the following 14 days upon registration on this promotional page may be eligible to receive cashback in USDC airdrop at a rate of 300% APR calculated on a pro rata basis of 14 days, with a base amount of 100 USDC. - Tier 2: Users who maintain a daily average USDC amount equal to or greater than 500 USDC but less than 1,000 in the following 14 days upon registration on this promotional page may be eligible to receive cashback in USDC airdrop at a rate of 150% APR calculated on a pro rata basis of 14 days, with a base amount of 500 USDC. - Tier 3: Users who maintain a daily average USDC amount equal to or greater than 1,000 USDC but less than 5,000 in the following 14 days upon registration on this promotional page may be eligible to receive cashback in USDC airdrop at a rate of 120% APR calculated on a pro rata basis of 14 days, with a base amount of 1,000 USDC. - Tier 4: Users who maintain a daily average USDC amount equal to or greater than 5,000 USDC in the following 14 days upon registration on this promotional page may be eligible to receive cashback in USDC airdrop at a rate of 50% APR calculated on a pro rata basis of 14 days, with a base amount of 5,000 USDC. - The 4 tiers of rewards in "Earn on Your USDC Balance" are mutually exclusive, meaning each eligible user shall only get a reward under the highest qualifying tier. - The 14-day period of daily average USDC balance measurement will start at the time when a user registers for this promotion. Each day at 23:59:59 UTC time during the 14-day period, a snapshot of the user's USDC balance will be taken and will be used for the 14-day daily average USDC balance calculation. - The aggregate prize pool for "Earn on Your USDC Balance" is 120,000 USDC. Rewards for "Earn on Your USDC Balance" will be distributed to eligible users on a first-come, first-served basis, calculated based on the moment of a user's 14-day completion time. All reward distributions are expressly subject to availability and will be executed on a definitive first-come, first-served basis. Priority for reward allocation is determined exclusively by the exact date on which each participant successfully completes the applicable eligibility conditions established throughout these Promotional Terms and Conditions. - Bybit EU reserves the unequivocal right to halt or suspend the issuance of rewards immediately upon the full depletion of the reward pool. In the event that the reward pool is exhausted, any participant will automatically forfeit their entitlement to receive a reward. Bybit EU disclaims all liability and shall not be held responsible for any claims, losses, or damages incurred as a result of the reward pool's depletion. - If multiple participants qualify under identical conditions and the aggregate prize pool is insufficient to cover their rewards, the budget will be exceptionally increased to ensure all tied eligible participants receive their reward. - The rewards for "Earn on Your USDC Balance" will be distributed to eligible users, directly to their respective Rewards Hub, within 14 days after the end of the Promotional Period (latest by 29 October 2026).
• 9. Perk 3: "Points Pool: Share 30,000 USDC" available to eligible users, which include both new users, who have never registered with Bybit EU, and existing users, who already have an active Bybit EU account before the start of the Promotional Period and who register for the Promotion on the designated Promotion page.
• 10. To be eligible to receive rewards from "Points Pool: Share 30,000 USDC", participants must cumulatively satisfy both of the following conditions: - Participants must accumulate a minimum of 50 points during the Promotion Period. - Points are accumulated based on personal total spot trading volume in USD. Each 10 USD traded on spot on the Bybit EU platform grants each user 1 point. - All the participants who meet the threshold of a minimum of 50 points will get a reward. Your final reward for "Points Pool: Share 30,000 USDC" = (Your total points / Total points of all participants) * the final unlocked amount of the Prize Pool. - For the purpose of determining reward eligibility under this Promotion, trading volume is calculated based solely on successfully executed trades. Trades which are exempt from trading fees, cancelled, voided, or reversed shall be strictly excluded from the trading volume calculation. - The total amount of Rewards is unlocked progressively based on the total cumulative points generated by all participants of this promotion during the promotion period and is based on a tiered unlock structure, as displayed in the designated area under "Points Pool: Share 30,000 USDC" on the Promotion Page. - Only the Tiers that are unlocked by the end of the Promotion Period (15 October 2026, 10:00AM UTC) will be awarded. Tiers not unlocked will not be distributed. - Rewards distribution for "Points Pool: Share 30,000 USDC" of this promotion will be distributed to eligible participants' Rewards Hub in USDC airdrops within 14 days after the end of the Promotion Period (latest by 29 October 2026). - The aggregate reward pool allocated for "Points Pool: Share 30,000 USDC" is strictly capped at a maximum value of 30,000 USDC. All reward distributions are expressly subject to availability and will be executed on a definitive first-come, first-served basis. Priority for reward allocation is determined exclusively by the exact date on which each participant successfully completes the applicable eligibility conditions established throughout these Promotional Terms and Conditions. Bybit EU reserves the unequivocal right to halt or suspend the issuance of rewards immediately upon the full depletion of the reward pool. In the event that the reward pool is exhausted, any participant will automatically forfeit their entitlement to receive a reward. Bybit EU disclaims all liability and shall not be held responsible for any claims, losses, or damages incurred as a result of the reward pool's depletion.
• 11. Eligibility to claim and receive rewards under any Perk of this Promotion is strictly limited to the eligible verified Bybit EU account holder. Claiming, or attempting to claim, a reward on behalf of another person or entity is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion.
• 12. Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities during the Promotion.
• 13. Bybit EU reserves the right to the final interpretation of this promotion.
• 14. The Promotion is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge, and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any rewards already accrued prior to cancellation will be distributed in line with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
• 15. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with the receipt of any reward in accordance with your local jurisdiction's laws and regulations.
• 16. Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance/legal requirements, or risk controls (including cases where an account is restricted, suspended, or under review).
