From the daily chart, POWER reached a phase low of 0.07604 on April 4, after which bulls quickly filled the gap, surging sharply for five days to 0.09586 with significant volume, and continued oscillatory gains on the 6th and 7th, peaking at 0.10675. Afterwards, price consolidated near 0.093, before falling again to 0.08308 on the 13th. On the 14th, a major downward candle emerged at a high level (highest 0.10478, lowest 0.08627), with trading volume reaching a monthly high, indicating intense buying and selling at this region. On the 16th, it closed at 0.09742, back above the 0.095 area, showing remaining rebound momentum, but bullish and bearish divergence remains evident.

As Bitcoin stands above a key level, surpassing the four-week high, market risk appetite has risen noticeably. This round of Bitcoin gains broke through resistance near its 100-day moving average, triggering volatility in the derivatives market and, in the short-term, encouraging funds to shift from safe-haven assets to high-risk assets, thereby increasing the short-term trading activity of altcoins including POWER.

Although Bitcoin's recent volatility has boosted sentiment, a reversal in this rally will quickly impact the altcoin market, increasing short-term risks. In the medium to long term, POWER still relies on the overall industry fundamentals and ecosystem development.
