Rewards Terms and Conditions

By participating in any promotional or reward-related activities organized by Bybit EU, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Rewards Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply in conjunction with Bybit EU’s General Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other relevant policies published on Bybit EU’s official website.

 

 

General Provisions

1.1. Bybit EU organizes various promotional events, campaigns, and reward programs from time to time.

 

1.2. Participation in any event constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any specific rules, eligibility criteria, or guidelines outlined on the respective event announcement or landing page.

 

1.3. Rewards may differ based on the nature and structure of each event. All rewards are determined at Bybit EU’s sole discretion and may be subject to availability, modification, or withdrawal without prior notice.

 

1.4. Due to regulatory and compliance requirements, certain regions or jurisdictions may be ineligible to participate in specific events or to receive certain types of rewards.

 

 

Reward Eligibility and Claim Process

2.1. Rewards are intended to enhance user familiarity with Bybit EU’s products and services.

 

2.2. To claim rewards (excluding physical items), users might need to access the Rewards Hub and follow the claiming procedures specified therein.

 

2.3. All rewards are subject to a risk-control review period (e.g., up to three [3] days). Rewards will only be officially granted after the risk-control process is successfully completed.

 

2.4. Users must complete at least a Standard Identity Verification or higher to be eligible for reward claims.

 

2.5. Rewards must be claimed and received solely by the verified account holder. Any third-party intervention, delegation, or attempt to claim rewards on behalf of the account owner is strictly prohibited.

 

 

Integrity and Compliance Policy

3.1. Bybit EU strictly prohibits any form of fraudulent or abusive activity, including but not limited to:

• Abnormal farming behavior or reward exploitation;

• Wash trading or artificial transaction activity;

• Multi-account operations or self-referrals;

• Market manipulation or coordinated abuse;

• Any other actions deemed inconsistent with fair participation.

 

3.2. In the event of a violation, Bybit EU reserves the right to:

• Disqualify the user from the Event/Campaign.

• Revoke or forfeit any pending or distributed rewards, associated profits, including but not limited to any lottery chances derived therefrom.

• Restrict participation in future events or promotions.

 

3.3. Users found engaging in prohibited activity may continue to access and use other Bybit EU products and services, including trading, deposits, and withdrawals, unless otherwise specified by Bybit EU.

 

 

Reward Expiration and Forfeiture

4.1. Each reward issued under any Event shall have a designated expiration date as specified in the applicable Event details or user interface.

 

4.2. Upon expiration, any unclaimed or unused reward shall automatically lapse and shall not be reinstated, extended, or reissued under any circumstances.

 

4.3. Users are solely responsible for claiming and utilizing rewards prior to their expiration, in full compliance with the applicable Event terms and conditions.

 

4.4. In the event that a reward or related transaction is subject to any risk-control procedure requiring identity verification (including, without limitation, facial recognition or other biometric verification), the user shall complete such verification within the timeframe prescribed by Bybit EU or its system.

 

4.5. Failure to complete the required verification prior to the reward’s expiration date shall result in automatic forfeiture of the reward. Any reward forfeited under such circumstances shall not be reinstated, replaced, or compensated in any form, and Bybit EU shall bear no liability whatsoever arising therefrom.

 

 

Verification Requirements

5.1. To ensure fair participation and prevent fraudulent behavior, Bybit EU may require facial verification or other forms of identity confirmation before allowing users to claim or utilize rewards.

 

5.2. Failure to complete such verification may result in ineligibility for rewards or forfeiture of previously allocated rewards.

 

 

Interpretation and Amendments

6.1. Bybit EU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to interpret, amend, suspend, or terminate any part of these Terms or any Event without prior notice.

 

6.2. In the event of any dispute, Bybit EU’s decision shall be final, conclusive, and binding.

 

6.3. Users are advised to review the applicable Event announcement and these Terms periodically to ensure continued compliance.
