Terms & Conditions

1. Users must complete Identity Verification Lv. 1 to be eligible to register for the exvent.

2. Institutional users, Pro users, Market Makers, and Subaccounts are not eligible to participate in this event.

3. Eligible deposits do not include bonuses or coupons of any kind, or transfers from one Bybit account to another. Asset exchanges, intra-platform transfers, and on-chain fund circulations are not considered as asset increases.

4. Users' deposits will be calculated as such: [Total Deposits in Eligible Assets (including those purchased) − Any Amount Withdrawn During Event Period]. Deposits include the following: P2P Trading, Fiat Deposit, One-Click Buy, and Crypto Deposit.

5. The Points Plaza will close once all rewards have been redeemed. Users must redeem all points before it closes. Any unused points will expire and be forfeited.

6. Limited quantities of rewards are available in the Aptos Points Plaza on a first-come, first-served basis. Some rewards are only available to be claimed once per user.

7. Physical rewards will be distributed in equal value of APT in airdrop.

8. All rewards will be distributed to eligible winners' Rewards Hub. Winners need to claim the rewards manually in Rewards Hub within 14 days after distribution.

9. Users whose accounts are under risk control review will not be able to receive rewards.

10. In APT Deposit Showdown

a. Prize Pool Share Mechanism in APT Deposit Showdown: [eligible participant's net APT deposit amount during the event / total net APT deposit amount of all eligible participants during event] * prize pool
b. Participants who engage in on-chain fund circulations will be detected and disqualified for receiving the rewards.
c. The New User Perk is only available for users who haven't made their first deposit on Bybit yet.

11. All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit Terms of Service. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

12. Bybit reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without notifying users in advance.
