These terms and conditions (“Promotional Terms and Conditions”) govern your participation in the Bybit EU promotional campaigns outlined below. By participating in either or both events, you agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

Eligible users: Participation in this promotion is exclusively available to residents of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), with the exception of Malta. To be eligible, you must be successfully onboarded with Bybit EU, hold Identity Verification Level 1, and explicitly register or enroll on the official promotion page during the active Promotion Period.

Promotion Period: February 25, 2026, to March 31, 2026 (inclusive), unless stated otherwise on the official promotion page.

Minimum top-up: You must top up your account with a minimum of 1 EUR and convert it to crypto.

Eligible Deposit Methods: Fiat Deposit, Crypto Deposit, or One-Click Buy. Top-ups deposited into either your Unified Trading Account or Funding Account are eligible. Ineligible Methods: Internal transfers and general trading activity will not be counted toward the eligible reward amount.

Eligible Amount Calculation: The eligible reward amount is calculated as follows: [Total crypto balance at 23:59:59 UTC on March 31, 2026] - [Total crypto balance at 23:59:59 UTC on February 24, 2026].

Holding Period: 180 days. The total Holding Period runs from April 1, 2026, 00:00:00 UTC to September 27, 2026, 23:59:59 UTC.

Trading Restrictions and Withdrawal Penalty: During the Holding Period, you may trade and use Bybit products as usual, but withdrawals will affect your reward eligibility. Direct crypto withdrawals, conversion of crypto to fiat and internal transfers during the Holding Period will disqualify you from receiving rewards of any kind. Using the Bybit Card to make payments during this period is permitted and will not affect your eligibility.

Reward Rate: 3% APY, calculated on a pro-rata basis for the 180-day period.

Distribution: Rewards will be distributed to qualified users within 30 days after the 180-day Holding Period concludes, subject to successful eligibility checks. Please refer to the event announcement for full reward calculation details.

Eligible Deposit: Users must complete their first-time top-up of more than 100 USDC after March 16, 2026, 12:00 AM UTC. Ineligible Methods: Deposits made via Bybit internal transfers are not eligible. Earn Plan Rules: Duration: The promotion applies to a 7-day Fixed Term. Participation Limits: Users can lock a minimum of 100 USDC and a maximum of 1000 USDC into the plan.

Holding Requirement: Funds must be held for a 7-day period. Exiting before the completion of the Fixed Term will result in immediate forfeiture of the reward. Any direct crypto withdrawals, conversion of crypto to fiat, or internal transfers executed during this Holding Period will result in outright disqualification from receiving rewards of any kind.

Reward Rate: 100% APR for a 7-day fixed term. Rewards shall accrue based on the relevant APR and shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis by reference to the subscribed amount and the number of days in the fixed term. For illustration only, the reward amount may be determined using the following formula: Subscribed Amount × APR × (7/365).

Pool Limits: The total maximum reward pool for this event is capped at 30 000 USDC, with allocations distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that securing an allocation within this 30 000 USDC limit does not waive the fixed-term requirement. Users must continuously hold their qualifying minimum balance (as outlined in Clause 7.3. of these Promotional Terms and Conditions) for the entire 7-day period to remain eligible to receive their reward.

Distribution: Rewards are distributed in USDC after the 7-day lock period has successfully elapsed.

The promotions outlined in these Promotional Terms and Conditions are applicable cumulatively. Eligible users may participate in and earn rewards from both promotions simultaneously, provided they independently satisfy the specific deposit, holding, and eligibility requirements for each respective promotion.

Bybit EU GmbH (“Bybit EU”) grants discounts, gifts, exclusive products, and event privileges to participants subject to these terms and the General Terms & Conditions of Bybit EU. Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these specific event terms.

All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit EU General Terms. Bybit EU reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive activities during the events. This includes bulk-account registrations, transactions to farm additional bonuses, or any activities connected to unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

These promotions are offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge, and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these terms and conditions or cancel the events at any time without prior notice. Any rewards already legitimately earned prior to cancellation will be distributed in line with these terms. Bybit EU reserves the right to final interpretation of these events.

Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance/legal requirements, or risk controls (including cases where an account is restricted, suspended, or under review).
