Event rules
1. Register during the event period to participate in the event.
2. Maintain a net top-up of at least $10,000 throughout the event period to remain eligible for rewards.
3. Complete at least $200,000 in Spot trading volume during the event period to qualify for rewards.

Terms and Conditions
- By participating in this event, participants acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Event Terms and Conditions ("Event Terms"), as well as the Bybit EU General Terms and Conditions. Terms used but not otherwise defined in these Event Terms shall have the meanings given to them in the Bybit EU General Terms and Conditions.
- This event is open only to eligible users of Bybit EU GmbH in the EEA, excluding Malta.
- This event is available only to eligible VIP users who have successfully onboarded with Bybit EU GmbH and completed Identity Verification.
- Eligible users must register via the Register Now button on the event page during the event period to be eligible for rewards.
- The event runs from May 26, 2026, 10AM UTC to Jun 30, 2026, 10AM UTC, unless amended, suspended, or canceled in accordance with these Event Terms.
- To qualify for a reward, participants must complete both of the following requirements during the event period, and in any event no later than Jun 30, 2026, 10AM UTC:(i) achieve the applicable net top-up milestone; and(ii) achieve the applicable Spot trading volume requirement.
- Participants are solely responsible for registering for the event and completing the applicable net top-up and Spot trading volume requirements during the event period. For the avoidance of doubt, the event period will not be extended for participants who register after the event has started.
- For the purposes of this event, "net top-up" refers to the USD-equivalent value of eligible top-ups and eligible purchase inflows credited to a participant's Bybit EU account during the event period, minus withdrawals and other relevant outflows during the same period, as determined by Bybit EU based on the transaction records.
- Eligible top-ups and purchases include Crypto Deposit, Fiat Top-Up, Recurring Buy, and One-Click Buy.
- Eligible top-ups exclude bonuses, coupons, rewards, internal transfers between Bybit EU accounts, and any other non-qualifying credits as determined by Bybit EU.
- Only Spot trades will count towards the trading volume requirements for this event. Trading volume generated through Trading Bots or zero-fee trading pairs will be excluded from the applicable Spot trading volume requirements.
- All Spot trades completed as part of this event remain subject to applicable Bybit EU trading fees. Applicable trading fee rates depend on the user's account status and VIP level at the time of order placement, as further described in the Bybit EU Trading Fee Structure. Participation in this event does not waive, reimburse, or otherwise affect any applicable trading fees.
- Rewards will be determined based on the participant's final eligible net top-up amount and corresponding Spot trading volume achieved during the event period, as set out below.

- Each eligible participant may receive only one reward, based on the highest milestone achieved during the event period.
- The total reward pool is limited to 100,250 USDC. Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to reward pool availability. Allocation of rewards will be determined based on the time at which Bybit EU verifies that the participant has completed all applicable event requirements.
- A participant shall become eligible for a reward only after Bybit EU has verified that all applicable requirements have been completed and the relevant reward has been allocated. Once the reward pool has been fully allocated, no further rewards will be available.
- Rewards will be distributed in USDC to eligible users' Rewards Hub following a 14-day risk monitoring period after completion and verification of the applicable event requirements.
- Bybit EU strictly prohibits any fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, or unfair conduct in connection with this event, including but not limited to abnormal farming behavior, reward exploitation, wash trading, artificial transaction activity, multi-account operations, market manipulation, coordinated abuse, or any other conduct inconsistent with fair participation.
- Bybit EU reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any pending reward where it reasonably determines that a participant: (i) is not eligible for the event; (ii) has breached these Event Terms, the Bybit EU General Terms and Conditions, or any applicable event rules; (iii) has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, or prohibited conduct; (iv) has failed any applicable verification or risk-control checks; or (v) has received a reward in error.
- Subaccounts, Pro users, Institutional users, and Market Makers are not eligible to participate in this event.
- Participation in this event is subject to the Bybit EU Privacy Policy.
- Bybit EU reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the event where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, compliance, technical, security, fraud-prevention, operational, or risk-control reasons.
- Any rewards already confirmed as earned will be distributed in accordance with these Event Terms unless the participant: (i) has breached these Event Terms, the Bybit EU General Terms and Conditions, or any applicable event rules; (ii) has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, or prohibited conduct; (iii) has failed any applicable verification or risk-control checks; or (iv) has received a reward in error.
