Bybit EU GmbH (“Bybit EU”) grants certain discounts, gifts, exclusive products, and event privileges to users who participate in the event WSOT EU 2025 (“Event”), subject to these terms and conditions and provided that participants comply with the General Terms of Bybit EU (“General Terms”), available [here](https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/help-center/topic-list/terms-of-services). Any terms defined in the General Terms shall also apply to these terms and conditions.

The event is only available on Bybit EU to registered and fully onboarded users.

Bybit EU reserves the right to the final interpretation of this event. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Support.

Please note that the contents of the event constitute marketing communication under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR). It does not constitute investment advice and none of the activities or tasks that form part of the event shall be understood as such.

The event is offered by Bybit EU voluntarily, free of charge and until further notice. Bybit EU reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and/or to cancel the event at its discretion, noting that any rewards already earned will still be distributed in accordance with these terms.

Users must register for this event via the Register Now button on this page to be eligible for rewards.

Users must maintain at least $100 in their account to participate in the event.

Users must achieve at least $5,000 in Spot trading volume to be eligible for rewards.

USDC rewards will be distributed within 14 days after the event ends. Non-USDC rewards will be distributed within 30 days, subject to communication with winners. Bybit EU reserves the right, at its discretion, to replace any physical prize with its equivalent value in USDC as stated above.

Trading volume from zero-fee pairs will not be counted toward the total trading volume for this event.

All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit EU Terms of Service. Bybit EU reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
