1. The following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the on-site Bitcoin Airdrop prize pool (the “Event”), organized by: Bybit EU GmbH, a limited liability company incorporated under Austrian law, with its registered office in Vienna, Austria, business address: Donau-City-Straße 7, 1220 Vienna, Austria (“Bybit EU” or the “Organizer”).
By participating in the Challenge, participants expressly agree to these T&Cs.
Participation in the Challenge is voluntary and free of charge.
There is no legal entitlement to participate in the Challenge or to receive a prize.

2. The Event will take place during the following period:

March 20, 2026, 12:00 PM CET
to
March 22, 2026, 12:00 PM CET

Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

The winners will be drawn and announced on March 22, 2026, at 12:30 PM CET.

3. Eligibility (Germany):
Participation is open exclusively to natural persons who: are at least 18 years old have their usual residence and primary residence in the Federal Republic of Germany fulfill the participation requirements described in Section 4 within the promotion period have a valid Bybit EU account or register for one as part of the promotion are not excluded from participation due to regulatory or sanctions-related restrictions The following are not eligible to participate: legal entities employees of Bybit EU and their immediate family members Bybit EU reserves the right to request appropriate proof of age, residence, and account ownership.
Participation is permitted only in one’s own name.

4. Participation Requirements: A valid participation requires that the following conditions are met cumulatively:

1. Registration via the official landing page link or QR code within the promotion period
   
2. Completion of the provided Google Form
   
3. Entry of the participant’s personal Bybit EU UID in the provided Google Form
   

Optional:
Providing a phone number is voluntary and will only be used for winner notification purposes.

The Event is an on-site promotion, and the winners will be determined during the Event through a random draw from all valid registrations based on the submitted UIDs.

Incomplete registrations or registrations submitted outside the promotion period will not be considered.

No deposit and no use of trading functions are required to participate.

Registration with Bybit EU is used solely to identify participants within the scope of the Challenge.

Identity verification (KYC) may be required in order to distribute the prize.

5. Prize: As part of the Event, the following prizes will be awarded:
10 × prizes equivalent to €100 each in Bitcoin (BTC) (total value: €1,000).
The prize will be granted in Bitcoin (BTC). The amount of Bitcoin to be credited will be calculated based on the market price applicable at the time the prize is credited to the winner’s Bybit EU account and will correspond to a value of €100.
The prize will be transferred to the winner’s Bybit EU account within four (4) weeks after the winner has been announced.
The prize is:

• non-transferable
  
• non-exchangeable
  
• not redeemable for cash
  

Bybit EU reserves the right to provide a prize of equal value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Tax notice:
The winner is solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from receiving the prize.

6. Selection and Announcement of Winners:
The winners will be selected at random from all valid participants.
The announcement will be made via:

• the official Gamescom LAN Discord
  
• the Gamescom LAN Instagram channel
  
• on-site at the event hall
  

Additionally, winners may be contacted via:

• the provided phone number (if available)
  

If a selected participant does not meet the participation requirements or cannot be verified, Bybit EU reserves the right to select a replacement winner through a new random draw from the remaining eligible participants.

7. Unfair Activities:
Bybit EU reserves the right to disqualify participants who engage in unfair, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
Such activities include, in particular: multiple registrations or multi-accounting automated registrations or the use of bots manipulation of the Challenge providing false information any form of fraud In such cases, Bybit EU may: exclude participants from the Challenge revoke prizes restrict or suspend accounts initiate legal action.

8. Data Protection:
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Bybit EU Privacy Policy:

9. Limitation of Liability:
Bybit EU shall not be liable for: technical malfunctions failures of event infrastructure transmission errors changes to or cancellation of the event by the event organizer Liability for intent and gross negligence shall remain unaffected.

10. No Sponsorship Relationship: 
This Giveaway is in no way associated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., or any other social media platform.

11. Right of Amendment and Termination:

Bybit EU reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Challenge at any time if objective reasons so require.
Any duly accrued claims to prizes remain unaffected.

12. Final Provisions: 
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Should individual provisions of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Bybit EU reserves the right to final interpretation of this Challenge.
Bybit EU GmbH (“Bybit EU”) grants the above-mentioned prize to users who participate in this event (“Event”), subject to these T&C and the General Terms of Bybit EU. 
The General Terms are available here. Any terms defined in the General Terms shall also apply to these Terms and Conditions.
All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit EU Terms of Service. Bybit EU reserves the right to disqualify participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event. 
Legal recourse is excluded.
The Event is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these T&C or cancel the Event at any time without prior notice.
Rewards already earned will be distributed in accordance with these terms.
Bybit EU reserves the right to final interpretation of this Event.
