1. Organizer: The following General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to the social media giveaway (the “Giveaway”) conducted by Bybit EU GmbH, a limited liability company (Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung) incorporated under Austrian law, with its registered seat in Vienna, Austria, business address: Donau-City-Straße 7, 1220 Vienna, Austria (“Bybit EU” or the “Organizer”). By participating in the Giveaway, participants expressly agree to these T&C. The Giveaway is conducted on a voluntary and free-of-charge basis. There is no legal entitlement to participate in the Giveaway or to win.

2. Registration for participation in the Challenge is possible during the following period:
07 March 2026, 16:00 CET to 07 March 2026, 23:00 CET.
The Challenge will take place on-site during the OKTAGON MMA event at Barclays Arena in Hamburg on 07 March 2026.
The winner will be determined and announced on-site during the event on 07 March 2026 by random draw.
Registrations submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility (Germany): Eligible to participate are exclusively natural persons who: have reached the age of 18 years, have their habitual residence and primary residence in the Federal Republic of Germany, successfully register (sign up) with Bybit EU during the Promotion Period, and are not excluded due to regulatory or sanctions-related restrictions. Not eligible to participate are: legal entities, employees of Bybit EU and their immediate family members. Bybit EU reserves the right to request appropriate proof of age and residence. Participation is permitted solely in the participant’s own name.

4. Valid participation requires the cumulative fulfillment of the following conditions:

1. Registration via the official landing page link within the Promotion Period
2. Completion of the provided Google Form
3. Submission of the participant’s personal Bybit EU UID within the registration form

The Challenge is an on-site promotion, and the winner will be determined during the event by random selection from all valid registrations based on the submitted UIDs.
Incomplete registrations or registrations completed outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.
No deposit or trading activity is required to participate. Registration with Bybit EU serves solely for the purpose of identifying participants within the Challenge.
Identity verification (KYC) may be required in order to distribute the prize.

5. The following prize will be awarded as part of the Challenge:
1 × Prize equivalent to EUR 3,000 in Bitcoin (BTC).
The prize will be granted in Bitcoin (BTC). The amount of Bitcoin to be transferred will be calculated based on the market price applicable at the time the prize is credited to the winner’s Bybit EU account, corresponding to a value of EUR 3,000.
The prize will be transferred within four (4) weeks after the winner has been announced to the winner’s Bybit EU account.
The prize is:

• non-transferable
• non-exchangeable
• not redeemable for cash

Bybit EU reserves the right to provide a prize of equal value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Tax notice: The winner is solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise in connection with receiving the prize.

Winners will be randomly selected from all valid and eligible registrations and invited to the booth. The draw will take place on March 7, 2026, during the OKTAGON event at the Barclays Arena in Hamburg.

Winners may be:

• announced on-site, and/or
  
• contacted using the contact details provided during registration.
  

If a selected participant does not meet the participation requirements or cannot be verified, Bybit EU reserves the right to select a replacement winner at random from the remaining eligible participants.

7. Unfair Activities: Bybit EU reserves the right to disqualify participants who engage in unfair, abusive, or fraudulent activities. Such activities include, in particular: multi-accounting, automated comments or the use of bots, manipulation of the Giveaway, provision of false information, any form of fraud. In such cases, Bybit EU may: exclude participants from the Giveaway, revoke prizes, restrict or suspend accounts, initiate legal action.

8. Data Protection: Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Bybit EU Privacy Policy: https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/data-protection-and-transparency/privacy-policy Legal bases: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the Giveaway), Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (prevention of abuse and legitimate interests). Data will only be processed to the extent necessary and stored in accordance with statutory retention periods.

9. Limitation of Liability: Bybit EU shall not be liable for: technical malfunctions, platform outages of Instagram, transmission errors, changes to or cancellation of the event by the event organizer. Liability for intent and gross negligence shall remain unaffected.

10. No Sponsorship Relationship: This Giveaway is in no way associated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta Platforms Inc

11. Right of Amendment and Termination: Bybit EU reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice if objective reasons so require. Any duly accrued claims to prizes remain unaffected.

Legal recourse is excluded.

12. Final Provisions: The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Bybit EU reserves the right to final interpretation of this Giveaway. Bybit EU GmbH (“Bybit EU”) grants the above-mentioned prices to users who join this event (“Event”), subject to these terms and conditions and the General Terms of Bybit EU (“General Terms”). The General Terms are available here. Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these terms and conditions. All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit EU Terms of Service.
