- The Event is only available on Bybit EU to registered and fully onboarded Users.

- Users must register during the event registration period to be eligible for rewards.

- Rewards are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Only trading volume generated after registration will be counted. Eligible trading volume is based on total volume during the event period.

- Only participants who have completed Individual Identity Verification Lv. 1 or Business Verification are eligible. Participants from restricted countries and regions are not eligible.

- Users must complete the required tasks within the specified time after registration to be eligible for rewards.

- Eligible deposits include Crypto Deposit, Fiat Deposit, Recurring Buy and One-Click Buy.

- Eligible deposits exclude bonuses, coupons and internal transfers between Bybit EU accounts.

- Deposit rewards will be distributed to eligible users’ Rewards Hub after a 14-day risk monitoring period.

- Users who created an account using an invitation code or link are not eligible for rewards

- Trading volumes accumulated via Trading Bots and trading pairs with 0% fees will not be included in the total trading volume.

- Subaccounts, Pro users, Institutional users and Market Makers are not eligible for this event.

- Bybit EU GmbH (“Bybit EU”) grants certain discounts, gifts, exclusive products and event privileges to users who participate in this event (“Event”), subject to these terms and conditions and provided that participants comply with the General Terms of Bybit EU (“General Terms”), available [here]. Any terms defined in the General Terms shall also apply to these terms and conditions.

- Participation in the Event is subject to the Bybit EU Privacy Policy, available [here].

- All participating Users must strictly adhere to the Bybit EU Terms of Service. Bybit EU reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

- The Event is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these terms and conditions or cancel the Event at any time without prior notice. Rewards already earned will be distributed in line with these terms.

- Bybit EU reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without notifying users in advance.

- Please note that the contents of the Event constitute marketing communication under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR). It does not constitute investment advice and none of the activities or tasks that form part of the Event shall be understood as such.

- The Event is offered by Bybit EU voluntarily, free of charge, and until further notice. Bybit EU reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of the Event at any time without prior notice and/or cancel the Event at any time (noting that rewards already earned will be distributed in accordance with this terms in either case).
