Promotional Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions ("Promotional Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the Bybit EU Recurring Buy Promotion ("Promotion") outlined on this page. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms") available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions. Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

1. Participation in this Promotion is exclusively available to residents of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), with the exception of Malta. To be eligible, you must be successfully onboard with Bybit EU and have completed Identity Verification. This Promotion is open to both individuals who have never registered with Bybit EU and those who already maintain an active Bybit EU Account. The campaign will be running between the 5 May 2026 at 10:00 AM UTC and 5 June 2026 at 00:00 AM UTC (“Promotion Period”). To be eligible for rewards, all participants must successfully register for the Promotion by clicking the “Register Now” button on the designated Promotion page available at https://www.bybit.eu/promo/campaign/PLN_Pairs_Celebration.

Part A: First Deposit Welcome Rewards

2. To be eligible for the rewards outlined in this Part A (collectively, the “Welcome Rewards”), participants must not have previously deposited funds into their Bybit EU Account. Eligible participants who complete their initial deposit during the Promotion Period may receive rewards totaling up to 20 EUR. Additionally depending on the value of the deposit, participants can accumulate the following rewards:

2.1. Participants who deposit a minimum of 1 EUR (or equivalent) during the Promotion Period are eligible to receive a 3 USDC reward.
2.2. Participants who deposit a minimum of 100 EUR (or equivalent) during the Promotion Period are eligible to receive a 7 USDC reward. These Welcome Rewards are cumulative, provided that the participant satisfies the respective deposit conditions outlined. However, each eligible participant is entitled to receive the Welcome Rewards a maximum of one (1) time.

3. For the purposes of determining eligibility under this Part A, a participant's qualifying deposit amount shall be calculated on a net basis. This calculation is defined as the total volume of eligible assets deposited (inclusive of directly purchased assets) minus the total volume of any withdrawals executed during the Promotion Period.
4. Eligible methods for completing a qualifying deposit are strictly limited to One-Click Buy, Crypto Deposits, and Fiat Deposits. Any internal transfers of funds between Bybit accounts are explicitly excluded and shall not be deemed eligible for the purposes of this Promotion.
5. Upon the successful completion of a qualifying deposit, the applicable Welcome Rewards will be automatically credited to the participant's Rewards Hub within seventy-two (72) hours.
6. For the purposes of determining eligibility under this Part A, a participant's qualifying deposit amount shall be calculated on a net basis. This calculation is defined as the total volume of eligible assets deposited (inclusive of directly purchased assets) minus the total volume of any withdrawals executed during the Promotion Period.
7. Eligible top-up methods include One-Click Buy, Crypto Deposit and Fiat Deposit. Internal transfer of funds between Bybit accounts will not be considered for this event.

Part B: Trading Reward Tickets

8. Participants who execute trades in fiat-to-crypto or crypto-to-crypto pairs involving the Polish Złoty (collectively, “PLN Pairs”) may be eligible to receive lucky draw tickets, provided that the respective conditions below are met:

8. Participants who completed their initial deposit during the Promotion Period, OR who completed their initial deposit prior to the Promotion Period are eligible to receive one (1) lucky draw ticket upon accumulating a minimum trading volume of 1,000 EUR (or equivalent) in PLN Pairs.
9. For the purposes of section 5, "trading volume" is calculated based solely on successfully executed trades in PLN Pairs. Trades executed on pairs subject to zero trading fees, as well as any canceled, voided, or reversed transactions, shall be strictly excluded from the trading volume calculation.
10. Each eligible participant may accumulate a maximum of ten (10) lucky draw tickets per day during the Promotion Period.
11. Each lucky draw ticket may be redeemed for one of the following rewards: 0.5 USDC, 1 USDC, 3 USDC, 5 USDC, 10 USDC, 20 USDC, 50 USDC, 100 USDC, 1,000 USDC, or 1 ETH. Rewards derived from lucky draw tickets are awarded on a strictly random basis.
12. Bybit EU does not guarantee the receipt of any specific reward outcome from the redemption of a lucky draw ticket. All rewards are distributed subject to availability.

Part C: Referral Rewards

13. During the Promotion Period, participants who successfully refer a new user (the “Referee”) to the Bybit EU platform are eligible to receive a reward in Bitcoin (BTC) equivalent to 25 EUR. To constitute a successful referral, the Referee must satisfy both of the following conditions:

●Register for a new Bybit EU Account utilizing the referring participant's unique referral link or code; and
●Complete a qualifying deposit of at least 100 EUR (or equivalent in eligible assets) within seven (7) days of successful account registration.

14. For the purposes of determining eligibility under this Part C, the Referee's qualifying deposit amount shall be calculated on a net basis. This calculation is defined as the total volume of eligible assets deposited (inclusive of directly purchased assets) minus the total volume of any withdrawals executed within the aforementioned seven (7) day period. Eligible methods for a Referee to complete a qualifying deposit are strictly limited to One-Click Buy, Crypto Deposits, and Fiat Deposits. Any internal transfers of funds between Bybit accounts are explicitly excluded and shall not be deemed eligible for the purposes of this Promotion.
15. Participants act as referrers at their own risk and expense. It remains the sole responsibility of the referring participant to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when soliciting or contacting potential Referees.
16. Participation in the referral rewards outlined in this Part C cannot be combined or used in conjunction with the Bybit EU Affiliate Program. 17. Applicable referral rewards will be automatically credited to the eligible referring participant's Rewards Hub following a three (3) day risk assessment period, which commences upon the Referee's successful fulfillment of all conditions stipulated in section 13.

Part D: USDC Fixed Earn

18. During the Promotional Period, participants who made their initial deposit after the Promotion Period and who have never used any of Bybit EU´s products or services, are eligible to accrue rewards by subscribing 100 to 5000 USDC to a seven (7) day Bybit EU Fixed Earn Strategy and get 100% APR, calculated pro-rata.

19. Once subscribed to the USDC Bybit EU Fixed Earn Strategy described in section 18, crypto-assets will be locked for the selected term and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or otherwise accessed until the lock-up period has elapsed. Please note that due to extreme market volatility, there is a risk that these crypto-assets could lose all value and become entirely worthless before you are able to access them.
20. Once the lock-up period has elapsed, users will receive their locked USDC back into their Unified Trading Account (“UTA”) as well as the corresponding USDC reward as established in section 18 within 14 days of the applicable lock-up period elapsing.
21. By subscribing their USDC to the Bybit EU Fixed Earn Strategy described in section 18, eligible participants hereby agree and acknowledge that while Bybit Earn is an unregulated product offered by Bybit EU GmbH and is not classified as a regulated crypto-asset service under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 ("MiCAR"), it involves the utilisation of assets already held in Bybit EU GmbH´s regulated custody. As a result, the safeguarding and return of your assets remain strictly governed by MiCAR obligations.

Part E: Applicable to all

22. The aggregate reward pool allocated for this Promotion is strictly capped at a maximum value of 34 800 USDC. All reward distributions are expressly subject to availability and will be executed on a definitive first-come, first-served basis. Priority for reward allocation is determined exclusively by the exact date on which each participant successfully completes the applicable eligibility conditions established throughout these Promotional Terms and Conditions. Bybit EU reserves the unequivocal right to halt or suspend the issuance of rewards immediately upon the full depletion of the reward pool. In the event that the reward pool is exhausted, any participant will automatically forfeit their entitlement to receive a reward. Bybit EU disclaims all liability and shall not be held responsible for any claims, losses, or damages incurred as a result of the reward pool's depletion.

23. Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities during the Promotion.
24. Bybit EU reserves the right to the final interpretation of this event.
25. The Promotion is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge, and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any rewards already accrued prior to cancellation will be distributed in line with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
26. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with the receipt of any reward in accordance with your local jurisdiction's laws and regulations.
27. Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance/legal requirements, or risk controls (including cases where an account is restricted, suspended, or under review).
