These Terms and Conditions ("Promotional Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the Bybit x Porto PRIDE campaign ("Campaign") described on this page. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as by the General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms") available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions. Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
This Campaign will begin on 13 August 2026 at 00:00:00 GMT+1 and will officially end on 13 September 2026 at 23:59:59 GMT+1 (the "Promotional Period"). Only actions completed strictly within this defined Promotional Period will be considered for eligibility purposes.
Participation in this Campaign is available exclusively to new users resident in Portugal. To be eligible to receive rewards under this Campaign, you must have successfully completed the Bybit EU onboarding process, completed Identity Verification, and registered for the Campaign by clicking the "Register Now" button on the designated campaign page, available at https://www.bybit.eu/pt-EU/promo/campaign/PortoPride2026/?affiliate_id=164949, before the end of the Campaign Period.
By submitting your Bybit UID, you acknowledge that Bybit EU will collect, process and use your personal data for the sole purpose of administering this Campaign. For more information on how your data is handled, please consult Bybit EU's Privacy Policy, available at (https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/data-protection-and-transparency/privacy-policy).
Under this Campaign, each eligible new user may receive one entry to the after party at Pink Club Porto, Rua do Conde de Vizela 80, 4050-639 Porto, Portugal (event date on the night of 12 September into 13 September) (the "Event") and a voucher to the value of 10 EUR, redeemable only during the Porto Pride festival, which runs from 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. at Largo Amor de Perdição in Porto, within the festival grounds (the "Prizes"). To be eligible to receive the Prizes, the new user must complete a cumulative deposit equal to or greater than 5 € during the promotional period and then register for the Campaign on the designated page. Each user may receive the Prizes only once, and the Prizes are non-transferable. Entry to the Event is restricted to persons aged 18 or over, and presentation of identification on site is mandatory.
Entry to the Event is granted upon presentation of the Bybit UID from the user's logged-in account, which will be verified on site by the event promoter against an eligibility list. For this purpose, Bybit shares with the promoter only the UIDs of eligible participants, exclusively for entry control and redemption of the voucher value. No names, contact details, balances or transaction data are shared, and the list is deleted after the event. Entry is subject to venue capacity and the promoter's admission rules.
Under this Campaign, each eligible user who makes a first deposit equal to or greater than 100 EUR may receive a bonus to the value of 30 EUR (the "Reward"), which will be credited to the user's Rewards Hub. Each eligible user may receive this Reward only once.
Under this Campaign, each eligible user who refers a new user, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Referral Program (add link), will receive 25 EUR once the new user completes identity verification and completes an eligible first deposit. The new user will also receive 25 EUR.
The various rewards described in these Terms and Conditions are distinct programs, each with its own terms. Where a single deposit meets more than one threshold, each eligible reward is granted independently, unless otherwise stated in the applicable terms.
The total number of Prizes for this Campaign is strictly limited to a maximum of 100 Event entries and 100 vouchers of 10 EUR. All reward distributions are expressly subject to availability and will be executed on a final, first-come, first-served basis. Priority for reward allocation is determined solely by the exact date on which each participant successfully completes the applicable eligibility conditions set out throughout these Promotional Terms and Conditions. Bybit EU reserves the unequivocal right to discontinue or suspend the issuance of rewards immediately upon full depletion of the reward pool. Should the reward pool be depleted, any participant will automatically forfeit the right to receive a reward. Bybit EU disclaims any liability and will not be held responsible for any claims, losses or damages incurred as a result of the depletion of the reward pool.
Participation is strictly limited to one entry per new user. Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who registers multiple times or who engages in dishonest, abusive, illegal, fraudulent or harmful activity during the Campaign.
Eligibility to claim and receive rewards is strictly limited to the eligible, verified holder of the Bybit EU account. Claiming, or attempting to claim, a reward on behalf of another person or entity is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the Campaign.
Bybit EU reserves the right of final interpretation of this event.
The Campaign is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time, without prior notice. Any rewards already accrued before cancellation will be distributed in accordance with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes, levies or charges associated with the receipt of any reward under this Campaign, in accordance with the laws and regulations of your local jurisdiction.
Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for reasons of security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance with legal requirements or risk controls (including cases where a Bybit Account is restricted, suspended or under review).
For the purposes of determining eligibility for rewards, a participant's qualifying deposit amount will be calculated on a net basis. This calculation is defined as the total volume of eligible assets deposited (including assets purchased directly) minus the total volume of any withdrawals executed during the Campaign Period.
The eligible methods for making a qualifying deposit are strictly limited to One-Click Buy, Crypto Deposits and Fiat Deposits. Any internal transfers of funds between Bybit Accounts are explicitly excluded and will not be considered eligible for the purposes of this Campaign.
