These Terms and Conditions ("Promotional Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the Bybit EU NL Referral Rush Campaign ("Promotion") outlined on this page. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms") available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions . Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
This Promotion shall commence on August 6th, 2026 at 00:00:00 (CEST) and shall officially conclude on September 30th, 2026 at 23:59 (CEST) ("Promotional Period"). Only actions completed strictly within this defined Promotional Period will be considered for eligibility.
Participation in this Promotion is exclusively available to residents of the Netherlands. To be eligible to receive rewards under this Promotion, you must be successfully onboarded with Bybit EU and have completed Identity Verification (KYC). No separate registration is required — participation is automatic upon meeting the eligibility conditions set out in these Promotional Terms and Conditions during the Promotional Period.
By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge that Bybit EU will collect, process, and use your personal data for the sole purpose of administering this Promotion. The aggregate reward pool allocated for this Promotion is capped at a maximum value of €20,000. All reward distributions are subject to availability and will be executed on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority for reward allocation is determined by the exact date on which each eligible referee successfully completes the applicable eligibility conditions set out in these Promotional Terms and Conditions. Bybit EU reserves the right to halt or suspend the issuance of rewards immediately upon full depletion of the reward pool. If the reward pool is exhausted, participants will forfeit their entitlement to receive rewards. Bybit EU disclaims all liability and will not be held responsible for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the depletion of the reward pool.

During the Promotion Period, a participating user (the “Referrer”) who successfully refers new users (the “Referees”) to the Bybit EU platform is eligible to receive rewards based on the qualifying actions outlined below. To qualify, each Referee must successfully register for a Bybit EU account and complete Identity Verification (KYC).
The total sum available for the additional Referral Rush reward on top of the existing referral reward is €20.000.
For every five (5) Referees who each deposit a minimum of €1, the Referrer will receive a €50 BTC airdrop. This task can be completed up to five (5) times per Referrer (up to 25 referred users in total) for a maximum reward consisting of €250 in BTC.
To constitute a successful referral, the Referee must satisfy all of the following conditions:
Have their habitual residence and primary domicile in the EEA, except Malta;
Register for a new Bybit EU Account utilizing the referring participant's unique referral link or code; and
Complete a qualifying deposit for one of the tasks within the Promotional Period, after a successful account registration.
Please note that Rewards distributed under this Promotion are cumulative with the Rewards available under Bybit EU´s Referral Program, under which both an eligible Referrer and Referee receive 25 EUR worth of BTC after a top-up of at least 100EUR from the Referee. Participants act as referrers at their own risk and expense. It remains the sole responsibility of the referring participant to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when soliciting or contacting potential Referees.
Applicable referral rewards will be automatically credited to the eligible referring participant's Rewards Hub following a three (3) day risk assessment period, which commences upon the Referee's successful fulfillment of all conditions.
Participation is limited to one referral boost reward per user per qualifying referee.
Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who attempts to abuse the referral system, creates multiple accounts, or engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities during the Promotion.
Eligibility to claim and receive rewards is limited to the eligible, verified Bybit EU account holder. Claiming or attempting to claim a reward on behalf of another person or entity is prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion.
Bybit EU reserves the right to the final interpretation of this Promotion.
The Promotion is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge, and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any rewards already accrued prior to cancellation will be distributed in line with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with receiving any reward under this Promotion, in accordance with the laws and regulations of your local jurisdiction.
Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance with legal requirements, or risk controls, including cases where a Bybit account is restricted, suspended, or under review.
For the purposes of determining eligibility, the Referee's qualifying deposit amount shall be calculated on a net basis. This calculation is defined as the total volume of eligible assets deposited (inclusive of directly purchased assets) minus the total volume of any withdrawals executed within the Promotional Period.
Eligible methods for completing a qualifying deposit are limited to One-Click Buy, Crypto Deposits, and Fiat Deposits. Any internal transfers of funds between Bybit accounts are excluded and will not be deemed eligible for the purposes of this Promotion.
