These terms and conditions ("Promotional Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the Bybit EU Starter Rewards ("Promotion") outlined on this page. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms") available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions. Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion shall commence on May 14 2026 at 12:00 CEST (UTC+2) and shall officially conclude on June 30 2026 at 12:00 CEST (UTC+2) ("Promotional Period"). Only actions completed strictly within this defined Promotional Period shall be eligible for participation and rewards.

Participation in the Promotion is limited to natural persons residing in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden (the “Eligible Jurisdictions”). To be eligible, you must (i) successfully onboard with Bybit EU, (ii) complete identity verification, and (iii) register for the Promotion by clicking the “Register Now” button on the designated Promotion page at https://www.bybit.eu/promo/campaign/StarterRewards, in each case after the commencement of the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt, users who have already registered with Bybit, completed identity verification, and made a first deposit prior to the Promotional Period shall not be eligible to participate or receive rewards under this Promotion.

Eligible participants who satisfy the requirements set out in Clause 2 shall be awarded points (“Points”) for completing specific tasks made available within the Promotion. Points are allocated as follows:

- Account creation (sign-up for Bybit EU): 1 Point

- Complete Identity Verification: 5 Points

- First top-up (any amount ≥ €1 ): 11 Points

- Accumulated top-ups of at least EUR 100 within 20 days of the first top-up: 15 Points

- First trade (any amount ≥ €1): 1 Point

- Spot Trading volume exceeding EUR 100 within 20 days: 2 Points

- Spot Trading volume exceeding EUR 1,000 within 20 days: 10 Points

- Investment exceeding EUR 500 in Bybit Earn: 5 Points

The tasks available to the user are subject to those displayed after logging in and successfully registering for the event.

Points awarded for different tasks are cumulative. However, each task may only be completed once per participant for the purposes of Points allocation. The tasks a user receives during the promotion are determined by their account status at the time of registration. For example, if a user has already completed their first top-up upon registering for the promotion, they will not receive a "First Top-up" task. Similarly, if a user has already completed their first trade at the time of registration, they will not receive a "First Trade" task. The maximum number of Points that may be accumulated by an eligible participant is 50 Points, subject to full compliance with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

For the purposes of determining whether a deposit meets the applicable thresholds under the Promotion, the qualifying deposit amount shall be calculated on a net basis, defined as the total volume of eligible assets deposited (including assets acquired via direct purchase) minus the total volume of withdrawals executed during the Promotional Period. Eligible deposit methods are limited to One-Click Buy, crypto deposits, and fiat deposits. Internal transfers between Bybit accounts shall not be considered eligible.

For the purposes of determining trading volume thresholds, trading volume shall include only successfully executed trades. Trades executed on zero-fee trading pairs, as well as any cancelled, voided, or reversed transactions, shall be excluded.

Where crypto-assets are subscribed to a Bybit Earn strategy, such assets shall be locked for the selected term and may not be withdrawn, transferred, or accessed until the expiry of the applicable lock-up period. Participants acknowledge the risk that, due to market volatility, such assets may lose value, including the risk of total loss.

By subscribing to a Bybit Earn strategy, participants acknowledge that Bybit Earn is an unregulated product offered by Bybit EU GmbH and does not constitute a regulated crypto-asset service under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (“MiCAR”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, assets utilised within Bybit Earn remain subject to MiCAR safeguarding requirements where held in regulated custody.

Certain tasks may require acceptance of additional product-specific terms and conditions, which shall apply in addition to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

Certain tasks are subject to a three (3) day risk assessment period prior to the allocation of Points, including but not limited to: first top-up, cumulative top-ups of EUR 100 within 20 days, and trading volume exceeding EUR 1,000 within 20 days. For all other tasks, Points shall be credited immediately upon completion.

Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be used in connection with other promotions. Any Points not redeemed in accordance with the applicable requirements shall be forfeited without compensation.

Points may be redeemed between May 14 2026 at 12:00 CEST (UTC+2) and July 10 2026 at 12:00 CEST (UTC+2) (the “Redemption Period”).

During the Redemption Period, Points may be redeemed for rewards as follows:

- 1 Point: 1 USDC spot fee saver

- 6 Points: 2 USDC spot fee saver

- 17 Points: EUR 5 equivalent in XRP, BTC, SOL, or ETH at the participant´s selection

- 32 Points: EUR 15 equivalent in XRP, BTC, SOL, or ETH at the participant´s selection

- 45 Points: EUR 18 equivalent in XRP, BTC, SOL, or ETH at the participant´s selection

- 50 Points: EUR 25 equivalent in XRP, BTC, SOL, or ETH at the participant´s selection

Upon redemption, rewards shall be credited to the participant’s Rewards Hub without undue delay.

The aggregate reward pool allocated for this Promotion is strictly capped at a maximum value of 200 000EUR. All reward distributions are expressly subject to availability and will be executed on a definitive first-come, first-served basis. Priority for reward allocation is determined exclusively by the exact date on which each participant successfully completes the applicable eligibility conditions established throughout these Promotional Terms and Conditions. Bybit EU reserves the unequivocal right to halt or suspend the issuance of rewards immediately upon the full depletion of the reward pool. In the event that the reward pool is exhausted, any participant will automatically forfeit their entitlement to receive a reward. Bybit EU disclaims all liability and shall not be held responsible for any claims, losses, or damages incurred as a result of the reward pool's depletion.

Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities during the Promotion.

Bybit EU reserves the right to the final interpretation of this promotion.

The Promotion is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge, and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any rewards already accrued prior to cancellation will be distributed in line with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with the receipt of any reward in accordance with your local jurisdiction's laws and regulations.

Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance/legal requirements, or risk controls (including cases where an account is restricted, suspended, or under review).
