These terms and conditions ("Promotional Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in The Gold Rush ("Promotion") outlined on this page. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms") available at General Terms and Conditions. Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion shall commence on May 15, 2026 at 09:00 UTC and shall officially conclude on June 15, 2026 at 23:59 UTC ("Promotional Period"). Only actions completed strictly within this defined Promotional Period shall be considered for eligibility.

Participation in this Promotion is exclusively available to residents in Italy. To be eligible to receive rewards under this Promotion, you must be successfully onboard with Bybit EU, have completed Identity Verification and registered for the Promotion by clicking the "Register Now" button on the designated promotion page available at page [the Promotion Page] “Promotion Page” before the end of the Campaign Period.

By submitting your Bybit UID, you acknowledge that Bybit EU will collect, process, and use your personal data for the sole purpose of administering this Promotion. For more information on how your data is handled, please review the Bybit EU Privacy Policy available at the Bybit EU Privacy Policy.

Eligible participants who satisfy the requirements set out in Clause 2 shall be awarded points (“Points”) for completing the tasks indicated in the promotional page. The specific amount of points attributable to each task is also indicated in the Promotion Page. These Points serve a dual purpose: they can be redeemed directly for Task Rewards, and they automatically accumulate to determine your rank for additional, cumulative Leaderboard Rewards.

Points awarded for different tasks are cumulative, however certain tasks may only be completed once per participant for the purposes of Points allocation. The maximum number of points that can be accumulated by an eligible participant is 34,830 points, subject to full compliance with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

For the purposes of determining whether a deposit meets the applicable thresholds under the Promotion (applying to both primary participants and referred users), the qualifying deposit amount shall be calculated on a net basis, defined as the total volume of eligible assets deposited (including assets acquired via direct purchase) minus the total volume of withdrawals executed during the Promotional Period. Eligible deposit methods are limited to fiat deposits. Internal transfers between Bybit accounts shall not be considered eligible.

For the purposes of meeting the trading volume thresholds established in the Promotion Page, trading volume shall include only successfully executed trades. Trades executed on zero-fee trading pairs, as well as any cancelled, voided, or reversed transactions, shall be excluded.

For daily trading tasks, tiers are cumulative — completing a trade that qualifies for a higher volume tier automatically satisfies all lower tiers within the same product category (SPOT or Margin) for that calendar day. For example, if a user completes a daily SPOT trade of EUR 5,200, they will receive 1 point (tier: EUR 100+), 5 points (tier: EUR 1,000+) and 15 points (tier: EUR 5,000+), for a total of 21 points for that day. SPOT and Margin are independent categories and each contributes separately to the daily total. The full list of tiers and their corresponding point values is displayed on the Promotion Page.

To constitute a successful referral, the Referee must satisfy both of the following conditions: - Register for a new Bybit EU Account utilizing the referring participant's unique referral link or code; and - Complete a qualifying deposit of at least 50 EUR (or equivalent in eligible assets) within the Promotion Period, calculated on a net basis using the eligible methods strictly defined in Clause 6. Participants act as referrers at their own risk and expense. It remains the sole responsibility of the referring participant to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when soliciting or contacting potential Referees. Participation in the referral rewards outlined in this Promotion cannot be combined or used in conjunction with the Bybit EU Affiliate Program. Certain tasks may require acceptance of additional product-specific terms and conditions, which shall apply in addition to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

In general, point distribution is subject to a three (3) day risk assessment period after the task completion. Points are distributed to users on their Rewards Hub, subject to compliance with the eligibility criteria established within this Promotion.

Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be used in connection with other promotions. Any Points not redeemed until the end of the Promotion Period shall be forfeited without compensation.

Immediate Task Rewards: Points may be redeemed as soon as they are credited to your Rewards Hub for the standard rewards described in the Promotion Page. Rewards will then be distributed to eligible users' Rewards Hub within 3 hours after redemption. A single user can redeem up to a maximum of 1,390 USDC (1 x 1,000 USDC – 3 x 100 USDC – 8 x 10 USDC – 10 x 1 USDC)

Cumulative Leaderboard Rewards: In addition to the standard Task Rewards, participants will automatically compete on the Points Leaderboard for additional prizes. These rewards are completely cumulative and do not deduct from your redeemable Point balance. The Points Leaderboard ranks all registered participants by their total accumulated points at the end of the Promotion Period. The leaderboard displays the ranking of all participants with at least 1 point. To be eligible for an additional leaderboard prize, a participant must: (a) appear in the top 100 of the final leaderboard snapshot; and (b) have accumulated at least the minimum number of points specified for their rank tier. The prize tiers, minimum point requirements, and corresponding rewards are set out in full in the Promotion Page. The leaderboard ranking is determined by a final snapshot taken at 15 June 2026, 23:59 CET. (Please note that leaderboard data displayed during the event may be delayed by up to 48 hours and does not reflect real-time standings.) In the event of a tie in points at the final snapshot, the user who reached that points total first, as determined by the UTC timestamp recorded by Bybit EU's systems at the moment the relevant task was credited, will be ranked higher. In the event that two or more users share both the same points total and the same UTC timestamp (to the nearest second), priority will be given to the user with the lower internal Bybit EU UID number, as a deterministic and objective secondary criterion. Bybit EU's system records shall be the sole and final reference for all tie-breaking determinations. These additional leaderboard rewards will be credited to eligible winners after the end of the Promotion Period.

USDC leaderboard prizes will be distributed to eligible users' Rewards Hub within 7 business days after the event ends. Physical prizes will be delivered to the winner's registered address within 30 business days after the event ends. All shipping and delivery costs for physical prizes to addresses within Italy are borne by Bybit EU. Bybit EU does not cover customs duties, import taxes, or any other charges that may apply to deliveries outside Italian territory. Winners are responsible for any applicable income tax or other tax obligations arising from the receipt of prizes, in accordance with the laws of their country of residence. Bybit EU will provide winners with any documentation required by applicable law in connection with the prize.

Winners of physical prizes will be contacted via the email address associated with their account. Failure to respond within 14 calendar days may result in forfeiture of the prize at Bybit EU's sole discretion. Physical prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or USDC equivalent.

The aggregate reward pool allocated for this Promotion is strictly capped at a maximum value of $17,650, comprising a points redemption pool of $8,500 and a leaderboard prize pool of $9,150. All reward distributions are expressly subject to availability and will be executed on a definitive first-come, first-served basis. Priority for reward allocation is determined exclusively by the exact date on which each participant successfully completes the applicable eligibility conditions established throughout these Promotional Terms and Conditions. Bybit EU reserves the unequivocal right to halt or suspend the issuance of rewards immediately upon the full depletion of the reward pool. In the event that the reward pool is exhausted, any participant will automatically forfeit their entitlement to receive a reward. Bybit EU disclaims all liability and shall not be held responsible for any claims, losses, or damages incurred as a result of the reward pool's depletion.

Participation is strictly limited to one entry per user. Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who enters multiple times or engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities during the Promotion.

Eligibility to claim and receive rewards is strictly limited to the eligible verified Bybit EU account holder. Claiming, or attempting to claim, a reward on behalf of another person or entity is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion.

Bybit EU reserves the right to the final interpretation of this event.

The Promotion is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge, and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any rewards already accrued prior to cancellation will be distributed in line with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

Please note that the contents of the Event constitute marketing communication under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR). It does not constitute investment advice and none of the activities or tasks that form part of the Event shall be understood as such.

Physical prizes are strictly non-transferable and may not, under any circumstances, be exchanged, substituted, or converted into cash, USDC, or any other digital asset or monetary equivalent. No alternative prize will be offered in lieu of a physical prize, regardless of the winner's preference or personal circumstances. By registering for this Promotion, participants expressly acknowledge and accept this condition with no right of derogation.
