Bybit EU GmbH (“Bybit EU”) grants certain discounts, gifts, exclusive products and event privileges to users who join this event (“Event”), subject to these terms and conditions and the General Terms of Bybit EU (“General Terms”). This event is only available to users who have completed the verification and onboarding process.
All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit EU Terms of Service. Bybit EU reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations and transactions to farm additional bonuses as well as any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
The Event is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these terms and conditions or cancel the Event at any time without prior notice. Rewards already earned will be distributed in line with these terms.

Campaign period: The Event is valid only during the campaign period shown on the Event page. Transactions made outside the campaign period will not qualify for any rewards or raffle entry.
Cashback conditions: Cashback is available only for eligible purchases on Vinted made using the Bybit Card, and is capped at €10 per eligible user. Cashback will be credited automatically after the eligible purchase is completed and processed.
Raffle entry conditions: A raffle entry is granted only after an eligible Vinted purchase is successfully completed and processed using the Bybit Card during the campaign period. Maximum one (1) raffle entry per user.
Reversals and exclusions: Any rewards (cashback and/or raffle entry) may be withheld or reversed if the underlying transaction is cancelled, refunded, charged back, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not successfully settled, or if Bybit EU reasonably determines the transaction was made primarily to obtain rewards.
Winner selection and prize delivery: The raffle winner will be selected by Bybit EU from valid entries and notified via official channels. If the winner cannot be verified or does not respond within the required timeframe, Bybit EU may select an alternative winner. Prize use may be subject to additional conditions communicated to the winner.
Third-party platform notice: Vinted is a third-party platform. Bybit EU is not responsible for Vinted’s services, listings, policies, customer support, or any disputes related to purchases on Vinted.
