Create your Bybit EU account, verify your identity, and top up at least €1 to claim your free pizza.

The following General Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the “Bitcoin Pizza Day Germany” campaign (the “Campaign”), organized by Bybit EU GmbH, a limited liability company under Austrian law, with its registered office in Vienna, Austria, business address: Donau-City-Straße 7, 1220 Vienna, Austria (“Bybit EU” or the “Organizer”).
By participating in the Campaign, participants expressly agree to these T&Cs.
Participation in the Campaign is voluntary and free of charge.
There is no legal entitlement to participate in the Campaign or to receive a free pizza.

The Campaign takes place exclusively on 22 May 2026.
Participants may receive a free pizza on 22 - 24 May 2026 during the respective opening hours of the participating restaurants, provided that all participation requirements are fulfilled.
The list of participating restaurants will be announced separately by Bybit EU.
Participations outside the Campaign Period will not be considered.

Eligible participants are exclusively natural persons who:

- are at least 18 years old; 
- have their habitual residence and primary residence in the Federal Republic of Germany;
- hold an active Bybit EU account; and
- are not excluded from participation due to regulatory or sanctions-related restrictions. For the purposes of this Campaign, a Bybit EU account is considered active if a deposit of at least EUR 1 has been made to the Bybit EU account no later than 22 May 2026.
The Campaign applies to both existing and new Bybit EU customers.
The following are not eligible to participate:

- legal entities; 
- employees of Bybit EU and their immediate family members. Bybit EU reserves the right to request appropriate proof of age, residence and account ownership.
Participation is only permitted in one’s own name.

Valid participation requires that the following requirements are cumulatively fulfilled:

- presentation of an active Bybit EU account at the participating restaurant on 22 May - May 24 2026; 
- proof that a deposit of at least EUR 1 has been made to the Bybit EU account; and 
- presentation of the participant’s personal Bybit EU UID for documentation of participation. The Campaign is limited to one (1) free pizza per eligible participant.
The free benefit exclusively covers one pizza. Other food items, beverages or additional orders are expressly excluded from the Campaign and must be paid for by the participant.
Pizza selection is limited to the respective offer of the participating restaurant.
Bybit EU exclusively covers the cost of one pizza per person, regardless of the value of the selected pizza.
Multiple participations are excluded.

As part of the Campaign, eligible participants receive one (1) free pizza at a participating restaurant.
The free benefit exclusively covers one normal-size or standard-size pizza, as customarily offered and defined by the relevant participating restaurant for individual customers. Family pizzas, party pizzas, XXL pizzas, metre pizzas or comparable special sizes are expressly excluded.
Other food items, beverages, sides, extras, additional orders or special requests are not part of the Campaign and must be paid for by the participant.
Pizza selection is subject to the respective offer and availability of the participating restaurant. Cash payment, exchange or transfer to third parties is excluded.
Bybit EU reserves the right to amend the Campaign or provide an equivalent substitute in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

The free pizza will be granted directly on-site at the respective participating restaurant after the participant has:

- presented their active Bybit EU account; 
- provided the required proof of deposit; and 
- provided their personal Bybit EU UID. If the participation requirements are not fulfilled or cannot be verified, there is no entitlement to receive a free pizza.
Availability of the Campaign depends on the capacities and opening hours of the respective participating restaurants.

Bybit EU reserves the right to disqualify participants who engage in unfair, abusive or fraudulent activities.
This includes in particular:

- multiple registrations or multi-accounting; 
- automated registrations or bot usage; 
- manipulation of the Campaign; 
false information; or 
- any form of fraud. In such cases, Bybit EU may:

- exclude participants from the Campaign; 
- revoke rewards;
restrict or suspend accounts; and 
- initiate legal action.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Bybit EU Privacy Policy:

As part of the Campaign, the participant’s Bybit EU UID may in particular be processed for the purpose of verifying and documenting participation.
Legal bases:
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of the Campaign); - Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (fraud prevention and legitimate interest). Processing is carried out exclusively to the extent necessary and in compliance with statutory retention obligations.

Bybit EU shall not be liable for:

- technical disruptions; 
- failures of the event infrastructure; 
- transmission errors; or 
- changes or cancellations of the event by the event organizer. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

This Campaign is in no way connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc. or other social media platforms and is neither sponsored, supported nor organized by them.

Bybit EU reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign at any time for objective reasons.
Any claims to the free pizza already accrued shall remain unaffected, provided that the participation requirements have been fulfilled.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Legal recourse is excluded.
Bybit EU reserves the right to final interpretation of this Campaign.
These T&Cs and the Bybit EU General Terms of Service apply. All participating users must comply with the Bybit EU Terms of Service.
