These terms and conditions (the “Offer Terms”) govern participation in the “Move Your Crypto, Earn Rewards” promotional offer (the “Offer”), available on the Offer page at https://www.bybit.eu/promo/campaign/red-carpet (the “Offer Page”). By participating in the Offer, users agree to be bound by these Offer Terms and the Bybit EU General Terms available on the Bybit EU General Terms page (the “General Terms”). Unless the context requires otherwise, terms defined in the General Terms have the same meaning in these Offer Terms.

Bybit EU reserves the right to disqualify any user who engages in abusive, fraudulent or manipulative behaviour during the campaign. Multiple accounts, circular transfers and wash trading are strictly prohibited.

Bybit EU reserves the right to amend or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the original campaign rules, the original campaign rules will prevail.

This campaign is open to all Spanish users of Bybit EU. To be eligible for rewards, you must have a Bybit EU account, have completed identity verification, and have made a minimum deposit of €100.

This promotion is offered free of charge by Bybit EU at its sole discretion. Bybit EU may amend these Promotion Terms, or suspend or cancel the promotion, where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, operational, technical or fraud-prevention reasons, subject to applicable law. Rewards validly earned before any such amendment, suspension or cancellation will be processed in accordance with these Promotion Terms. Users are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes, duties or fees that may arise from rewards received under the promotion, in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. If any provision of these Promotion Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

Repeated trades in the same asset can artificially inflate trading volume without having any genuine market impact. To protect market fairness and integrity, such activity will not qualify for rewards under this campaign.
