Participation is open exclusively to residents of Italy. To receive rewards, you must be registered on Bybit EU, have completed identity verification, and have joined the Promotion by clicking "Register Now" on the Promotion Page before the end of the Promotional Period.

By submitting your Bybit UID, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data by Bybit EU solely for the purposes of managing the Promotion. For more information, please refer to the Bybit EU Privacy Policy.

Some activities may require acceptance of additional product-specific terms, which apply in addition to these Promotional Terms.

Participation is limited to only one registration per user. Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify participants who register multiple times or engage in misconduct during the Promotion.

Eligibility to receive rewards is limited to the verified owner of the eligible Bybit EU account. Claiming a reward on behalf of others is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion.

Bybit EU reserves the right of final interpretation of this event.

The Promotion is offered by Bybit EU free of charge and until further notice. Bybit EU may modify these Terms or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Rewards already accrued prior to cancellation will be distributed in accordance with these Terms.
