Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Promotional Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the Bybit EU Welcome Bonus ("Promotion") outlined on this page. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms") available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions. Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
This Promotion shall commence on Apr 15, 2026 (UTC) and shall officially conclude on Jun 30, 2026 (UTC) ("Promotional Period"). Only actions completed strictly within this defined Promotional Period shall be considered for eligibility.
Participation in this Promotion is exclusively available to residents of the Netherlands, and applies solely to new users. To be eligible, you must be successfully onboarded with Bybit EU, have completed Identity Verification, and have never made a deposit or traded on Bybit EU before the commencement of the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt, users who have already deposited funds or executed a trade are not eligible. Additionally, to be eligible for rewards under this Promotion, all participants must successfully register for the Promotion by clicking the “Register Now” button on the designated Promotion page available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/promo/campaign/welkomstbonus-stort-1-krijg-20/.
Eligible participants who have opened a Bybit EU Account and made an initial top-up of at least 1EUR or equivalent will get a 20EUR worth of BTC (“Welcome Bonus”). The equivalent amount of BTC awarded will be calculated using the Bybit EU BTC/EUR spot trading pair price at the exact conclusion of the Promotional Period. A participant's qualifying deposit amount shall be calculated on a net basis. This calculation is defined as the total volume of eligible assets deposited (inclusive of directly purchased assets) minus the total volume of any withdrawals executed during the Promotion Period.
Eligible methods for completing a qualifying deposit are strictly limited to One-Click Buy, Crypto Deposits, and Fiat Deposits. Any internal transfers of funds between Bybit accounts are explicitly excluded and shall not be deemed eligible for the purposes of this Promotion.
Upon the successful completion of a qualifying deposit, the applicable Welcome Rewards will be automatically credited to the participant's Rewards Hub within 14 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
The aggregate reward pool allocated for this Promotion is strictly capped at a maximum value of 20,000 EUR. All reward distributions are expressly subject to availability and will be executed on a definitive first-come, first-served basis. Priority for reward allocation is determined exclusively by the exact date on which each participant successfully completes the applicable eligibility conditions established throughout these Promotional Terms and Conditions. Bybit EU reserves the unequivocal right to halt or suspend the issuance of rewards immediately upon the full depletion of the reward pool. In the event that the reward pool is exhausted, any participant will automatically forfeit their entitlement to receive a reward. Bybit EU disclaims all liability and shall not be held responsible for any claims, losses, or damages incurred as a result of the reward pool's depletion.
Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities during the Promotion.
Bybit EU reserves the right to the final interpretation of this event.
The Promotion is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge, and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any rewards already accrued prior to cancellation will be distributed in line with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with the receipt of any reward in accordance with your local jurisdiction's laws and regulations.
Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance/legal requirements, or risk controls (including cases where an account is restricted, suspended, or under review).
