Bybit EU GmbH (“Bybit EU”) grants eligible users rewards, exclusive products, and event access as part of this promotion, subject to the conditions set out below and the General Terms and Conditions of Bybit EU (“General Terms”). The General Terms are available at: https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions Terms defined in the General Terms shall have the same meaning in these Participation Terms. In the event of any inconsistency, these Participation Terms shall prevail.
This promotion is exclusively available to new users in Germany who have not yet made a top-up with Bybit EU. Participation in multiple top-up campaigns at the same time is generally not permitted. An exception applies to the current “Evergreen Welcome Bonus” campaign: this promotion may be combined with it, allowing users to receive an additional €20 in BTC when making a €100 top-up. To be eligible for rewards, users must register for the promotion via the “Register Now” button.

After successful registration, verification, and completion of a qualifying top-up, eligible users will receive a one-time reward of €20 in Bitcoin (BTC). Rewards offered as part of this promotion are limited and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. There is no entitlement to receive a reward. The reward will be credited to the Rewards Hub within up to 14 business days after the participation requirements have been fulfilled. The use and redemption of rewards may be subject to additional conditions specified in the Rewards Hub (e.g. regarding availability or usage restrictions).
Participating users are required to comply with the General Terms of Bybit EU. Bybit EU reserves the right to exclude users from the promotion and to withhold or revoke rewards in cases of actual or suspected abuse, including but not limited to: multiple registrations, the reuse of funds to obtain additional rewards, or any other fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activities. Such decisions shall be made at the reasonable discretion of Bybit EU.
Participation in this promotion does not create any expectation of profit and does not constitute a financial or investment opportunity.
