Terms and Conditions 
  • Only Main Accounts that have completed Identity Verification Lv. 1 are eligible for this event. Subaccounts are not eligible.
  • Affiliates, Institutional Users, and Market Makers are not eligible for this event.
  • Puzzle pieces are distributed randomly. Users may earn the same pieces after completing different tasks.
  • Users must complete at least Identity Verification Lv. 1 to participate in the event, or receive or transfer gifted pieces.
  • New user exclusive event: Each new user can join only one exclusive event but is free to participate in multiple non-new user exclusive events.
  • Use a supported network (like Ethereum) to top up your account based on the coin you're sending. If you use an unsupported network, your top-up won’t be processed, and your funds may be lost permanently.
  • Users can claim puzzle pieces and enter the lucky draw during the event and within 72 hours after it ends. After that, users will not be able to claim puzzle pieces or participate in the draw. 
  • In case of any discrepancies between the original English version and the translated versions, the original English version shall be the governing and prevailing version.
  • If the lucky draw event runs out of rewards due to high participation, it will temporarily pause. Rest assured, we will restock the prize pool promptly, and your remaining draw attempts will still be preserved if you click “Lucky Draw" during the pause. Please try again later.
  • Only participants who have completed Individual Identity Verification Lv. 1 or Business Verification are eligible for this event. Please note that participants from restricted countries and territories are not eligible to participate in this event.
  • This event is not open to users in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway ("European Economic Area"). Customers in these markets are prohibited from participating.
  • Bybit EU reserves the right to end the event early once all rewards have been fully claimed.
  • All participating users must strictly follow Bybit EU Terms of Service. Bybit EU reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations and transactions to farm additional bonuses as well as any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
  • Trading the same currency in quick succession can inflate transaction volumes without actual market impact, which may also distort data. To ensure fairness and market health, such behavior won't qualify for rewards in trading events.
  • Bybit reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without notifying users in advance.

  • For Alpha trading tasks, your trading volume is calculated as the total amount traded across all eligible Alpha tokens.
