Terms and Conditions

• This event is organized by Bybit EU GmbH ("Bybit EU"), a Limited Liability Company (Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung) with its seat in Vienna, Austria and its business address at Donau-City-Strasse 7, 1220 Vienna, Austria.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old and have their residence in the European Economic Area (except Malta) to be eligible for this event.
• Participants must register their email to be eligible for this event.
• Once participants register their email, and after they have fully onboarded with Bybit EU, they will be eligible to receive a $5 reward as a welcome gift. Each person can participate only once.
• Participants will redeem the reward when the Bybit EU platform bybit.eu is live. Participants will receive an email notification when the web site is live. Rewards will be automatically distributed to eligible users' Rewards Hub. Rewards will be distributed within 14 days after the website is live. Any gift received cannot be transferred to another person.
• All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit EU Terms and Conditions. Bybit EU reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• Bybit reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without notifying users in advance.

• This content qualifies as marketing communication under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR). It does not constitute investment advice.
• Pre registration constitutes a non binding request for information to be notified once registration of the Bybit EU platform is operational. It does not guarantee that the relevant person will be accepted as a customer.
