This put short-term pressure on market sentiment and suppressed liquidity release during extreme volatility.

Coinbase has suspended trading of 25 perpetual futures contracts and automatically settled related open positions at the final settlement price. The delisted contracts include TRB, RARE, NEIRO, A, ME, XTZ, KMNO, RAY, STX, ENS, GMT, SNX, 1000FLOKI, 0G, ORDI, NIL, BIO, UMA, BEAM, INIT, SOMI, EGLD, CLANKER, SOPH, and BIGTIME.

Coinbase delists multiple perpetual contracts

Coinbase has suspended trading of multiple perpetual contracts including TRB-PERP, RARE-PERP, ORDI-PERP, STX-PERP, and ENS-PERP. All open positions were automatically settled at the final settlement price, calculated as the average index price during the 60 minutes before trading suspension. For example, TRB-PERP settled at 18.44 USDC, ORDI-PERP at 4.663 USDC, and ENS-PERP at 6.03 USDC.

From a daily chart perspective, after a sharp surge on April 16, the TRB price retraced and consolidated in the $18.0–$18.6 range. From April 21 to 23, the closing price stabilized between $18.3 and $18.6, which is close to the derivatives settlement price, indicating this range has formed short-term support. Although trading volume fell sharply compared to the surge period, the price-volume relationship suggests buyers still have a defensive stance at key levels, increasing the probability of continued range-bound movement in the short term.

Coinbase announced it will focus on products with better liquidity and market quality while accelerating the listing process for new perpetual contracts. Although this strategic adjustment affects TRB’s position among derivatives, it does not change the actual progress or ecosystem value of the underlying project. Spot trading on other platforms continues as normal, and in the long term there are no additional negative pressures on TRB’s core value.
