Recently, the stablecoin market has entered an internal competition phase. The USDC/USDT premium turning positive reflects capital flowing out of selling pressure in some major trading pairs and moving into the USDC system. During this liquidity redistribution, switching between similar pegged assets will have minor spillover effects on USDP's short-term trading depth and volume, but it is insufficient to break its overall anchored structure.

If USDP cannot outperform competitors in yield and capital efficiency, it may lose market share during the reshaping of the stablecoin landscape and face greater capital outflow pressure.
