All Bybit Card Holders from the Bybit EU website are eligible to presale access, cashback on tickets purchase and in-arena benefit. Only new holders of a Bybit Card issued under the Bybit EU Program are eligible to participate in the exclusive tournament experience weekly giveaway. Eligibility is subject to applicable requirements and campaign terms.
Yes. You must use a Bybit Card to access presale tickets, receive rewards and join in-arena and merchandise benefits. Purchases made with other payment methods are not eligible.
Presale access is available to eligible Bybit Card holders. Users can purchase tickets before general sale and receive a ticket cashback, subject to availability and applicable limits.
Users who purchase Stockholm Open tickets during the Bybit presale period (March 2–12 2026) and pay with a Bybit Card will receive 20% cashback, capped at €100 per user. The promotion is limited to the first 800 eligible users, on a first-come, first-served basis. Cashback is subject to campaign limits and qualifying transaction requirements.
When paying with a Bybit Card issued by Bybit EU at the arena or for official Stockholm Open merchandise during the tournament, you’ll receive up to 15% in rewards. The applicable cashback rate and any maximum limits are defined in the campaign Terms and Conditions and depend on the type of transaction and overall campaign limits.
Selected food and beverage purchases made on-site with a Bybit Card may qualify for cashback. Details, limits, and participating merchants are subject to confirmation.
Cashback is paid in cryptocurrency. The base reward token is USDC. You may also choose BTC as a reward token. It is credited to the users Funding Account approximately four days after a qualifying transaction.
Any rewards awarded for a refunded or reversed transaction will be automatically adjusted or reversed. Refunds are processed under Bybit Card policies.
Eligible users may have the chance to win VIP experiences through periodic draws. Participation is limited to new users only. Experiences vary and may include premium seating, behind-the-scenes access or curated on-site activities.
All campaign mechanics, rewards, eligibility criteria and limitations are governed by the official Terms and Conditions. Eligible new Bybit Card holders under the Bybit EU program, who complete all required steps are automatically entered into a weekly lucky draw. The campaign runs from March 2 to October 31, 2026. Winners may receive a VIP experience during the Stockholm Open, which can include premium seats at the Bybit Stockholm Open, accommodation in Stockholm, merchandise, and curated on-site moments during the tournament. Winners are selected at random and notified via email or in-app message.

- - Presale Ticket Access and Presale Cashback: Eligible Bybit Card holders may receive access to the Stockholm Open ticket presale prior to the general sale period. Presale access, ticket availability, discounts, and purchase limits are subject to availability and may vary by ticket category. Bybit does not guarantee ticket availability. Users who purchase Stockholm Open tickets during the Bybit presale period from March 2 2026 to March 12 2026 and pay with a Bybit Card may receive 20% cashback, capped at €100 per user, subject to Campaign limits and qualifying transaction requirements. This offer is limited to the first 800 eligible users, on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the limit of 800 eligible users has been reached, subsequent qualifying presale purchases made during the presale period may instead receive 15% cashback, capped at €100 per user, subject to Campaign limits and availability.
- - Cashback During General Sale: During the general sale period (sale open to the general public), eligible Bybit Card holders may receive 15% cashback, capped at €100 per user, on qualifying ticket purchases. Cashback is subject to campaign limits, qualifying transaction requirements, and availability, and may vary by ticket type and sale phase.
- - In-Arena and Merchandise Cashback: During the tournament period, eligible users who make qualifying payments with a Bybit Card issued by Bybit EU at the venue or for official Stockholm Open merchandise may receive up to 15% cashback. The applicable cashback rate, maximum cap, and eligible transactions are subject to Campaign limits and determined at Bybit’s sole discretion.
- - Food and Beverage Purchases: Selected food and beverage purchases made on-site using a Bybit Card may qualify for cashback. Eligibility, participating merchants, applicable rates, and limits are subject to confirmation and may change during the Campaign period.
- - Reward Type and Distribution: Cashback rewards are paid in cryptocurrency. The default reward token is USDC. Users may opt to receive rewards in BTC. Rewards are credited to the user’s Funding Account approximately four (4) days after a qualifying transaction, subject to successful transaction settlement.
- - Refunds, Cancellations, and Reversals: If a qualifying transaction is refunded, cancelled, reversed, or otherwise invalidated for any reason, any associated cashback or rewards will be forfeited, reversed, or deducted accordingly. Refunds are processed in accordance with Bybit Card policies and applicable laws.
- - VIP Experience Campaign: Eligible new Bybit Card holders under the Bybit EU Program who complete all required Campaign steps may be automatically entered into periodic lucky draws for VIP experiences. Participation is limited to users applying for a Bybit Card under the Bybit EU Program after February 10th 2026. The VIP Campaign runs from March 2, 2026 to October 31, 2026. VIP experiences may include premium seating at the Bybit Stockholm Open, accommodation in Stockholm, merchandise, and curated on-site activities. Experiences vary and are subject to availability.
