Bybit EU Summer Travel Promotion Promotional Terms and Conditions 1. Scope 1.1. These Promotional Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Bybit EU Summer Travel Promotion (the "Promotion"). 1.2. By participating, you agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions and the following applicable terms: a.

These Promotional Terms and Conditions prevail only in relation to the specific mechanics of this Promotion. The Bybit EU Card and Cashback Terms and Conditions otherwise continue to apply. 2. Promotional Period 2.1. The Promotion commences on 17 July 2026 at 10:00 UTC and ends on 17 September 2026 at 23:59 UTC (the "Promotional Period"). 2.2. You must register before completing any qualifying activity. 2.3. Card transactions must be completed and settled before the Promotional Period ends. 3. Eligibility and Registration 3.1. To participate, you must: a. be a fully onboarded Bybit EU user; b. have completed Individual Identity Verification Level 1; c. hold an active Bybit Card; d. be a verified legal resident of the European Economic Area, excluding Malta; e. not be subject to an applicable account, jurisdictional or promotional restriction; and f. register through the "Join Now" or "Register" button during the Promotional Period. 3.2. Institutional users and Market Makers are not eligible. 3.3. Participation is limited to one verified Bybit EU account and one UID per person. 4. Promotional Rewards 4.1. The Promotion includes: a. a total cashback rate of 5% on eligible transactions, capped at EUR 50 per user; b. fixed Reward Points for eligible campaign tasks; and c. limited-edition Summer virtual card designs. 4.2. All monetary-value rewards are issued as Bybit Card Reward Points. No EUR cash or e-money balance is credited. 4.3. For fixed task rewards, 1 Reward Point has a promotional reference value of EUR 0.002. 4.4. Reward Points are not cash, e-money or transferable assets and cannot be withdrawn directly in EUR. 4.5. No lucky draw, random prize or chance-based reward applies. 5. 5% Promotional Cashback 5.1. Eligible users receive a total cashback rate of 5% in Reward Points on completed and settled Bybit Card purchases that: a. fall within an eligible Merchant Category Code listed in Schedule 1; and b. are settled in a currency other than EUR, SEK, DKK, PLN, CZK, HUF, RON, BGN, NOK, ISK or CHF. 5.2. Eligibility is determined by the MCC, confirmed settlement amount and settlement currency recorded in the Bybit Card systems. It does not depend on the user's physical location. 5.3. Cashback is calculated on the confirmed settlement amount recorded by the Bybit Card system. Reward Points are awarded in accordance with the Bybit EU Card and Cashback Terms and Conditions. 5.4. The promotional cashback is capped at EUR 50 per user for the Promotional Period. 5.5. Only one cashback rate applies to each transaction. The promotional cashback is not added to the New User Welcome Offer or regular cashback. 5.6. If the user's applicable regular cashback rate is below 5%, a total rate of 5% applies to eligible promotional transactions. 5.7. If the applicable regular cashback rate is 5% or higher, the regular rate continues to apply. 5.8. The promotional cashback applies only after the New User Welcome Offer ends or its applicable cap is reached. It may also apply after an applicable regular monthly cashback cap is reached, subject to the EUR 50 promotional cap. 6. Campaign Task Rewards 6.1. Eligible users may earn: a. 1,500 Reward Points for applying for a Bybit Card and making a net qualifying deposit of at least 100 USDC or equivalent after registration and during the Promotional Period, once; b. 500 Reward Points for completing a first settled Bybit Card purchase of at least EUR 5 or equivalent, once; c. 1,500 Reward Points for completing a qualifying Travel Buddy referral, once; d. 1,000 Reward Points for completing an eligible flight purchase, once; e. 1,000 Reward Points for completing an eligible accommodation purchase, once; f. 1,000 Reward Points for completing an eligible travel-agency purchase, once; g. 1,000 Reward Points for accumulating at least EUR 50 in eligible settled purchases, up to ten times; and h. 1,500 Reward Points for accumulating at least EUR 200 in eligible settled purchases, up to ten times. 6.2. Fixed task rewards are subject to an aggregate Reward Points pool with a value of EUR 40,000 and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while that pool remains available. 6.3. Priority is determined by the verified task-completion timestamp recorded by Bybit EU. 6.4. The 5% promotional cashback is separate from the EUR 40,000 fixed-task reward pool. 7. Task Rules 7.1. Net qualifying deposit means eligible deposits made after registration and during the Promotional Period, less withdrawals made during the Promotional Period. 7.2. For an eligible asset other than USDC, the equivalent amount is determined using the value displayed by Bybit EU when the deposit is credited. 7.3. Eligible settled purchases accumulate separately toward the EUR 50 and EUR 200 spending tasks. 7.4. Once the applicable threshold is reached, the relevant task is completed and progress for that task resets. Each task may be completed up to ten times. 7.5. Eligible task rewards are stackable. The same settled transaction may count toward more than one task where all applicable conditions are met. 7.6. For the purpose of assessing campaign task thresholds denominated in EUR or USD, transactions settled in another currency will be measured using the settled EUR or USD equivalent recorded by the Bybit Card system. 7.7. The currency exclusions in clause 5.1(b) apply only to the 5% promotional cashback and do not prevent an otherwise eligible transaction from counting toward a campaign task. 8. Travel Buddy Referral 8.1. The referred user must not previously have held a Bybit Card. 8.2. The referred user must apply through the designated referral link and complete settled Bybit Card purchases of at least USD 100 or equivalent during the Promotional Period. 8.3. The referring user receives 1,500 Reward Points and may receive this reward once. 8.4. The Travel Buddy reward may be combined with another Bybit EU referral programme, subject to the applicable terms of that programme. 8.5. Self-referrals, related accounts, duplicate accounts and artificial or circular transactions do not qualify. 9. Eligible Transactions 9.1. Only genuine, completed and settled merchant purchases qualify. 9.2. The following do not qualify: a. internal transfers; b. Bybit-to-Bybit transfers; c. ATM withdrawals; d. pending or declined transactions; e. refunded, reversed or cancelled transactions; f. disputed or charged-back transactions; and g. artificial or abusive transactions. 9.3. Card transactions must settle before the Promotional Period ends. 10. Reward Points and Redemption 10.1. Cashback and task rewards are issued as Bybit Card Reward Points. 10.2. Reward Points become available after a five-calendar-day verification period, subject to the transaction or task remaining eligible and the user's account being in good standing. 10.3. Once available, Reward Points may be used through the Rewards Hub in accordance with the Bybit EU Card and Cashback Terms and Conditions. 10.4. Where Auto Cashback is available, Reward Points may be converted into supported crypto-assets in accordance with the Bybit EU Card and Cashback Terms and Conditions. 11. Refunds, Clawback and Disqualification 11.1. If a transaction, deposit or referral later becomes ineligible, related Reward Points or converted assets may be withheld, reversed, deducted, clawed back or offset, to the extent permitted by applicable law. 11.2. Bybit EU may reject transactions, disqualify users or adjust rewards where reasonably necessary due to fraud, multiple-account or related-account abuse, self-referrals, artificial transactions or deposits, refunds, chargebacks, technical errors, security or risk-control requirements, breach of applicable terms or applicable law. 12. Amendments and Cancellation 12.1. Bybit EU may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, operational or technical circumstances. 12.2. Material changes will be communicated through the campaign page or another appropriate channel. 12.3. Rewards validly earned before a change remain unaffected, except where adjustment is required due to fraud, abuse, refund, reversal, technical error or applicable law. 13. Taxes, Data Protection and Risk 13.1. Users are responsible for determining and complying with their personal tax obligations. 13.2. Bybit EU processes account, registration, referral, deposit and transaction information to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, prevent abuse and distribute rewards in accordance with the Bybit EU Privacy Policy. 13.3. This Promotion is a marketing communication and does not constitute investment advice. 13.4. Reward Points are not cash or e-money. If Reward Points are converted into a crypto-asset, its value may fluctuate materially and may fall to zero.
