Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Promotional Terms") govern your participation in the Bybit Card Subscription Cashback Promotion ("Promotion"). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Promotional Terms and the General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms") available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given in the General Terms. 1. Eligibility & Regional Scope: Participation in this Promotion is available exclusively to residents of the European Economic Area ("EEA"), excluding Malta. To be eligible to receive rewards under this Promotion, you must be successfully onboarded with Bybit EU GmbH; have completed Identity Verification (KYC); hold an active Bybit Card; and register for the Promotion by clicking the "Register Now" button on the designated promotion page before making qualifying transactions. 2. Data Collection: By submitting your Bybit UID, you acknowledge that Bybit EU GmbH will collect, process, and use your personal data solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion. For more information on how your personal data is handled, please review the Bybit EU Privacy Policy available at: https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/data-protection-and-transparency/privacy-policy. 3. Reward Pool & Caps: The aggregate reward pool allocated for this Promotion is capped at a maximum value of [Total Budget Amount, e.g., EUR 50,000 equivalent in Points]. All reward distributions are subject to availability and will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority for reward allocation is determined by the timestamp at which each participant's qualifying subscription payment is successfully posted. Non-VIP participants are subject to an overall cap of EUR 50 equivalent in Reward Points during their first 30 days after depositing 100 USDC or equivalent. VIP participants are subject to their applicable monthly cashback limits under the Bybit Rewards Program. Bybit EU reserves the right to suspend the issuance of rewards once the reward pool has been fully exhausted. After the reward pool is exhausted, participants will no longer be eligible to receive promotional rewards. Bybit EU shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the depletion of the reward pool. 4. Distribution & Risk Assessment: Eligible Reward Points will be credited following a three-business-day risk assessment period after the eligible subscription payment has been successfully posted to the participant's Rewards Hub or Unified Trading Account ("UTA"). 5. Limits & Disqualification: Participation is limited to one verified Bybit EU account per natural person. Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or manipulative activities during the Promotion, including wash spending, fake transactions, or self-dealing. 6. Account Restrictions: Eligibility to claim and receive rewards is limited to the verified Bybit EU account holder. Claiming, or attempting to claim, a reward on behalf of another person or entity is prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification. 7. Taxes: You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with the receipt of any reward under this Promotion in accordance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. 8. Discretion & Modification: Bybit EU may offer this Promotion at its discretion and may amend these Promotional Terms or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any rewards validly earned before any amendment or cancellation will be distributed in accordance with these Promotional Terms.
