These Terms and Conditions ("Promotional Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the Bybit EU PLN Zero-Fee Top-Up Promotion ("Promotion") outlined on this page. By using the eligible payment methods during the Promotional Period, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms") available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions. Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit EU Terms of Service.

Bybit EU reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities during the Promotion, including but not limited to bulk-account registrations, duplicate accounts, artificial transactions, payment method abuse, misuse of the Promotion, coordinated activity intended to obtain benefits unfairly, or any other activity that Bybit EU determines to be inconsistent with the purpose of this Promotion.

Promotional Period

This Promotion shall commence on June 17, 2026, at 09:00:00 UTC] and shall officially conclude on July 16, 2026, at 13:00:00 UTC ("Promotional Period"), unless extended, shortened, suspended, or terminated earlier by Bybit EU at its sole discretion.

Only eligible transactions completed strictly within the Promotional Period will be considered for the zero-fee offer under this Promotion.

Eligibility

Participation in this Promotion is limited to eligible Bybit EU users who:

1. Have a Bybit EU account in good standing;
2. Are successfully onboarded with Bybit EU;
3. Have completed Identity Verification;
4. Are eligible to use the supported PLN payment methods during the Promotional Period; and
5. Satisfy all applicable risk, and payment method requirements.

Eligible Payment Methods

During the Promotional Period, eligible users will benefit from a zero-fee offer when using the following eligible payment methods supported by Bybit EU to top up their account with PLN:

1. BLIK via One-Click Buy;
2. BLIK via Fiat Deposit;
3. ZEN via One-Click Buy;
4. Apple Pay via One-Click Buy; and
5. Google Pay via One-Click Buy.

Promotion Mechanics

Under this Promotion, the zero-fee offer applies only to eligible payment processing fees charged or displayed by Bybit EU for the supported payment methods during the Promotional Period. It does not apply to:

1. Price spreads;
2. Exchange rate differences;
3. Card issuer fees;
4. Foreign exchange fees charged by external providers;
5. Any fees not charged or controlled by Bybit EU; or
6. Any other costs not expressly included in this Promotion.

For One-Click Buy transactions, the final amount of crypto-assets received may depend on the quoted price, exchange rate, spread, market conditions, and other applicable factors at the time of the transaction.

For Fiat Deposit transactions, the zero-fee offer applies only where the relevant payment method and transaction are supported and eligible under this Promotion.

Transaction Limits and Availability

Eligible transactions remain subject to the applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits, payment method limits, account limits, risk limits, and any other limits displayed on Bybit EU or imposed by the relevant payment provider.

Bybit EU does not guarantee that all users will be able to access all payment methods at all times. Payment methods may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, provider restrictions, risk controls, compliance checks, or other reasons.

Bybit EU may reject, delay, reverse, or review any transaction where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical reasons, compliance with legal requirements, risk controls, or payment provider requirements.

No Reward Distribution

This Promotion is a fee-waiver promotion and does not provide any separate bonus, cashback, voucher, token reward, or other reward unless expressly stated on the Promotion page.

The benefit under this Promotion is limited to the waiver or coverage of eligible payment processing fees for eligible transactions during the Promotional Period.

Personal Data

By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge that Bybit EU will collect, process, and use your personal data for the purpose of administering this Promotion, verifying eligibility, processing eligible transactions, conducting risk and compliance checks, preventing fraud and abuse, and fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations.

Restrictions and Abuse

Eligibility to receive the zero-fee benefit is limited to the eligible, verified Bybit EU account holder. Claiming or attempting to claim the benefit on behalf of another person or entity is prohibited and may result in disqualification from the Promotion.

Any activity intended to create an artificial or misleading appearance of legitimate transactions, including but not limited to duplicate accounts, bulk registrations, artificial top-ups, circular transactions, coordinated activity, misuse of payment methods, payment method abuse, attempted chargebacks, or any other activity designed to unfairly obtain benefits under this Promotion, may result in disqualification, cancellation of the benefit, account restrictions, account suspension, or other actions deemed appropriate by Bybit EU.

Bybit EU reserves the right to delay, withhold, adjust, reverse, or cancel any benefit under this Promotion where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance with legal requirements, payment provider requirements, or risk controls, including cases where a Bybit EU account is restricted, suspended, closed, or under review.

Tax Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with participating in this Promotion or receiving any benefit under this Promotion, in accordance with the laws and regulations of your local jurisdiction.

Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions, change the eligible payment methods, change the Promotional Period, suspend the Promotion, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any eligible benefits already accrued prior to cancellation will be handled in line with these Promotional Terms and Conditions, subject to eligibility, risk review, compliance checks, technical feasibility, and these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
