Promotional Terms and Conditions

These Promotional Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the AFT 2026 Matchday Bonus Promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions. Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion shall commence on 3 July 2026 at 12:00 CEST and shall officially conclude on 7 July 2026 at 23:59 CEST (“Promotional Period”). Only prize draw entries and reward claims completed strictly within this defined Promotional Period shall be considered for eligibility.

African Tournament Vienna 2026 will take place on 4 July 2026 from 10:30 CEST to 20:00 CEST. The complimentary soft drink reward may only be claimed at the Bybit Entertainment Corner / Bybit Entertainment Zone during the event on 4 July 2026 from 10:30 CEST to 19:00 CEST, subject to availability, venue rules, operational requirements and the first-come, first-served limitation set out below.

Participation in this Promotion is exclusively available to residents of Austria. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion and receive any reward, you must:

a. be resident in Austria;

b. be successfully onboarded with Bybit EU;

c. have completed Identity Verification;

d. have an active Bybit EU Card, either virtual or physical; and

e. register for the Promotion by presenting your active Bybit EU

Card within the Bybit App and providing your Bybit UID in the manner communicated by Bybit EU during the Promotional Period.

This Promotion consists of the following event-specific rewards:

a. one complimentary soft drink at the Bybit Entertainment Corner / Bybit Entertainment Zone at African Tournament Vienna 2026; and

b. one entry into a prize draw for the chance to win EUR 100 equivalent in BTC.

The Bybit EU Card Welcome Package is a separate Bybit EU Card campaign and is governed by its own promotional terms, available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/cards/welcome-package/. For the avoidance of doubt, this Promotion does not provide a separate or dedicated AFT ticket cashback campaign. Eligibility, top-up requirements, cashback calculation, cashback caps, eligible merchant categories, excluded transactions, timing, redemption mechanics and other conditions for the Bybit EU Card Welcome Package are governed by the applicable Bybit EU Card Welcome Package terms.

The aggregate reward pool allocated for this Promotion is strictly capped at:

a. one complimentary soft drink for each eligible participant, limited to the first 500 eligible Bybit EU Cardholders on a first-come, first-served basis; and

b. one prize draw reward of EUR 100 equivalent in BTC for one eligible winner.

The 500-cardholder cap applies only to the complimentary soft drink reward. Entry into the EUR 100 BTC prize draw is not subject to the 500-cardholder soft drink cap.

The complimentary soft drink is available only at the Bybit Entertainment Corner / Bybit Entertainment Zone at African Tournament Vienna 2026 on 4 July 2026 from 10:30 CEST to 19:00 CEST. The complimentary soft drink is subject to availability and is limited to the first 500 eligible Bybit EU Cardholders who successfully present their active Bybit EU Card and satisfy the applicable eligibility conditions under these Promotional Terms and Conditions. Once the 500-cardholder limit for the complimentary soft drink is reached, no further entitlement to receive a complimentary soft drink will arise.

All eligible Bybit EU Card users who register for the prize draw by presenting their active Bybit EU Card and providing their Bybit UID in the manner communicated by Bybit EU during the Promotional Period may enter the EUR 100 BTC prize draw, subject to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

Eligible participants may enter the prize draw only once. No trading, investment, deposit, card spending or purchase of crypto-assets is required to enter the prize draw.

The winner of the EUR 100 BTC prize draw will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. Bybit EU may require the winner to provide any other reasonably necessary information to verify eligibility and distribute the reward.

The BTC reward will be calculated by reference to EUR 100 equivalent in BTC at the time determined by Bybit EU for reward distribution. The final amount of BTC received may vary depending on the applicable exchange rate and market movements. The reward has no guaranteed future value.

The BTC reward will be distributed as a Spot Voucher within fourteen (14) days after the winner announcement. The winner will be notified of the claim timeline via the Bybit EU App. The Spot Voucher must be claimed within thirty (30) days from the date it is made available to the winner, or such other claim period as communicated by Bybit EU in the Bybit EU App. The Spot Voucher is subject to any applicable voucher redemption conditions, expiry period and technical requirements communicated by Bybit EU.

Bybit EU reserves the right to halt or suspend the issuance of complimentary soft drinks immediately upon depletion of the soft drink reward pool. Bybit EU disclaims all liability and shall not be held responsible for any claims, losses or damages incurred as a result of the soft drink reward pool’s depletion.

Participation is strictly limited to one entry per user and one Bybit EU account. Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who enters multiple times or engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or manipulative activity during the Promotion.

Eligibility to claim and receive rewards is strictly limited to the eligible verified Bybit EU account holder. Claiming, or attempting to claim, a reward on behalf of another person or entity is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion.

By submitting your Bybit UID, presenting your Bybit EU Card or otherwise participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge that Bybit EU will collect, process and use your personal data for the purpose of administering this Promotion, verifying eligibility, preventing fraud or abuse, selecting and contacting the prize draw winner and distributing rewards. Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance with legal requirements or risk controls, including where a Bybit Account is restricted, suspended or under review.

The Promotion is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge, and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion at any time where reasonably necessary. Any rewards already validly accrued prior to cancellation will be distributed in line with these Promotional Terms and Conditions, unless the participant is disqualified or the reward is withheld, adjusted or cancelled in accordance with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable taxes, duties or fees associated with the receipt of any reward under this Promotion in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

Bybit EU reserves the right to determine eligibility, reward allocation, winner selection and any issues arising in connection with this Promotion, acting reasonably and in accordance with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
