Bybit EU Austria vs Argentina Viewing Event Promotion

These Promotional Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Bybit EU Austria vs Argentina Viewing Event Promotion, including the opportunity to receive event merchandise and prizes.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions. Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

1. Promotional Period

The Promotion commences on 18 June 2026 at 00:00 CEST and ends on 22 June 2026 at 23:59 CEST, unless extended, shortened or cancelled in accordance with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

Only actions completed during the Promotional Period will be considered for eligibility.

2. Event Details

The event will take place on 22 June 2026 at DC Tower / District Living, Donau-City-Straße 3, 1220 Vienna.

Doors open at 17:00 CEST. Match kick-off is scheduled for 19:00 CEST.

Admission is subject to successful registration, venue capacity, identity and eligibility checks, security requirements and venue rules.

3. Eligibility

Participation in this Promotion is exclusively available to residents of the European Economic Area, excluding Malta.

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion and receive any reward, you must:

a. be at least 18 years old;

b. be successfully onboarded with Bybit EU;

c. have completed Identity Verification with Bybit EU;

d. register for the event via the designated Luma registration page before the end of the Promotional Period;

e. provide a valid and unique Bybit UID during registration; and

f. hold a freely available minimum balance of at least EUR 1 in your Bybit EU Account at the time of registration.

Each participant may only enter once. Multiple registrations, duplicate UIDs, fake accounts or abusive, dishonest, unlawful, fraudulent or harmful behaviour may result in disqualification.

4. Minimum Available Balance Requirement

For the purposes of reward eligibility, participants must hold a freely available minimum balance of at least EUR 1 in their Bybit EU Account at the time of registration.

The minimum available balance requirement applies only to reward eligibility. There is no ticket fee for attending the event.

Locked assets, restricted balances, pending transactions, bonuses, vouchers, rewards or any other balance that is not freely available may be excluded when determining whether the participant satisfies the minimum available balance requirement.

5. Rewards

Eligible participants may have the opportunity to receive Bybit EU football-themed merchandise and prizes at the event, including Bybit EU jerseys, footballs, water packs and other event merchandise.

Rewards are subject to availability and eligibility checks.

Rewards will be allocated at the event by random selection from eligible participants or another fair allocation method determined by Bybit EU. Participants may be required to be present at the event at the time of selection in order to receive a reward.

Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

6. Reward Withholding and Disqualification

Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance with legal requirements or risk controls, including where a Bybit Account is restricted, suspended or under review.

Eligibility to claim and receive rewards is limited to the eligible verified Bybit EU account holder. Claiming, or attempting to claim, a reward on behalf of another person or entity is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

7. Event Rules

By attending the event, participants agree to comply with all venue rules, safety instructions and reasonable instructions issued by Bybit EU or the venue operator.

Bybit EU may refuse admission or remove any participant from the event where reasonably necessary for safety, security, capacity, compliance or misconduct reasons.

Food, drinks and terrace access are subject to venue capacity, availability, weather conditions and operational requirements.

8. Data Protection

By submitting your Bybit UID and registering for the event, you acknowledge that Bybit EU may collect, process and use your personal data for the purpose of administering the Promotion, managing event registration, verifying eligibility, administering rewards and complying with legal, regulatory, security and risk-control requirements.

9. No Affiliation

This Promotion is organised by Bybit EU. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, any national football association, national team, player, venue operator or social media platform, unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Amendments and Cancellation

Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions, suspend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, technical, operational, security, fraud-prevention or risk-control reasons.

Any rewards already validly accrued before cancellation will be handled in accordance with these Promotional Terms and Conditions, unless prohibited by law or compliance requirements.

11. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable taxes, duties or fees associated with the receipt of any reward under this Promotion in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
