General Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Promotional Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the Bybit EU Referral Marathon ("Promotion") outlined on this page. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms") available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions. Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit EU Terms of Service.

Bybit EU reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities during the Promotion, including but not limited to bulk-account registrations, fake or self-referrals, abuse of referral links or codes, bonus farming, coordinated activity intended to obtain rewards unfairly, or any other activity that Bybit EU determines to be inconsistent with the purpose of this Promotion.

Promotional Period

This Promotion shall commence on June 15, 2026, at 00:00:00 UTC and shall officially conclude on July 31, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC ("Promotional Period"). Only eligible referral actions completed strictly within this Promotional Period will be considered for reward eligibility under this Promotion.

Eligibility

Participation in this Promotion is limited to users whose Bybit EU account region includes Hungary, Lithuania, Romania, Greece, Belgium, Latvia, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Austria, Estonia, Croatia, Cyprus, Ireland, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein or Poland. Referees must also have a Bybit EU account region that includes one of the eligible regions listed above in order to be counted as Qualified Referees under this Promotion.

To be eligible to receive rewards under this Promotion, users must:

1. Be successfully onboarded with Bybit EU;
2. Complete Identity Verification;
3. Register for the Promotion by clicking the “Register Now” button on the designated Promotion page at [landing page link] during the Promotional Period; and
4. Invite qualified referees during the Promotional Period in accordance with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

Qualified Referee

For the purposes of this Promotion, a "Qualified Referee" means a new user who:

1. Signs up for a Bybit EU account using the participant’s Bybit EU referral link or referral code; and
2. Tops up their wallet with at least 100 USD worth of assets within 7 days of signing up.

Eligible top-up methods include One-Click Buy, Crypto Deposit, and Fiat Deposit. Internal transfers between Bybit EU accounts will not be counted toward the calculation.

Bybit EU may determine whether a referee qualifies based on account registration data, referral attribution, identity verification status, top-up activity, user region, risk review, and any other criteria required for campaign administration, security, fraud prevention, or legal and compliance purposes.

Campaign Rewards

Eligible participants may receive an extra €100 in BTC equivalent for every 5 Qualified Referees invited during the Promotional Period.

Each eligible participant may complete this Promotion task up to 10 times during the Promotional Period. Therefore, the maximum extra campaign reward under this Promotion is €1,000 in BTC equivalent per eligible participant.

1. 5 Qualified Referees = €100 in BTC equivalent extra campaign reward;
2. 10 Qualified Referees = €200 in BTC equivalent extra campaign reward;
3. 50 Qualified Referees = €1,000 in BTC equivalent maximum extra campaign reward.

Any Qualified Referees exceeding the maximum reward cap under this Promotion will not generate additional extra campaign rewards under this Promotion.

Stackable Rewards

Rewards under this Promotion are stackable with the existing Bybit EU Referral Program rewards (" https://www.bybit.eu/referral"), subject to the Bybit EU Referral Program’s applicable terms, conditions, caps, and limits.

Under the existing Bybit EU Referral Program, eligible users may receive €25 in BTC for each Qualified Referee, subject to the standard Bybit EU Referral Program rules, including the limit of 20 Qualified Referees per 30 days.

For example, if an eligible participant invites 5 Qualified Referees during the Promotional Period, the participant may be eligible to receive:

1. €125 in BTC equivalent under the Bybit EU Referral Program, subject to the standard Bybit EU Referral Program rules; and
2. An extra €100 in BTC equivalent under this Promotion.

This means the participant may receive up to €225 in BTC equivalent for 5 Qualified Referees, provided that all applicable requirements under both this Promotion and the Bybit EU Referral Program are satisfied.

Reward Distribution

Rewards under this Promotion will be distributed to eligible users after the relevant task is completed and after a 3-day risk review period.

Rewards will be distributed in BTC equivalent to eligible users via their Bybit EU Reward Hub or another distribution method determined by Bybit EU.

Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance with legal requirements, or risk controls, including cases where a Bybit EU account is restricted, suspended, closed, or under review.

Reward Calculation

Reward eligibility will be determined based on the number of valid Qualified Referees successfully invited by the participant during the Promotional Period.

Only referees who meet the Qualified Referee criteria during the Promotional Period will be counted toward the extra campaign reward under this Promotion.

Referees who do not sign up using the participant’s valid Bybit EU referral link or code, do not complete the required top-up within 7 days of signing up, or fail to satisfy the applicable eligibility, verification, risk, or compliance requirements will not be counted as Qualified Referees.

Personal Data

By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge that Bybit EU will collect, process, and use your personal data for the purpose of administering this Promotion, verifying eligibility, calculating rewards, conducting risk and compliance checks, and distributing rewards.

Restrictions and Abuse

Eligibility to claim and receive rewards is limited to the eligible, verified Bybit EU account holder. Claiming or attempting to claim a reward on behalf of another person or entity is prohibited and may result in disqualification from the Promotion.

Any activity intended to create an artificial or misleading appearance of legitimate referrals, including but not limited to self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, bulk registrations, coordinated registrations, misuse of referral links or codes, abuse of top-up methods, or any other activity designed to unfairly obtain rewards, may result in disqualification, reward cancellation, account restrictions, account suspension, or other actions deemed appropriate by Bybit EU.

Tax Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with receiving any reward under this Promotion, in accordance with the laws and regulations of your local jurisdiction.

Please note that the contents of this Promotion constitute marketing communication under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR). It does not constitute investment advice and none of the activities or tasks that form part of the Promotion shall be understood as such.

This Promotion is offered by Bybit EU voluntarily, free of charge, and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any rewards already accrued prior to cancellation will be distributed in line with these Promotional Terms and Conditions, subject to eligibility, risk review, compliance checks, and these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
