Bybit EU x DRIVAR Supercar Weekend Giveaway

1. Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is Bybit EU GmbH, Donau-City-Straße 7, 1220 Vienna, Austria (“Bybit EU”).
The giveaway is conducted in cooperation with DRIVAR. DRIVAR provides the main prize and/or the related vehicle experience in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and DRIVAR’s supplementary rental, usage and insurance terms.

The campaign is conducted exclusively for marketing and brand communication purposes of Bybit EU.

2. Campaign Period

The giveaway starts on 17.06.2026 at 18:00 CEST and ends on 30.06.2026 at 18:00 CEST (“Campaign Period”).
Entries submitted outside the Campaign Period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

Eligible participants must be natural persons who:

- are at least 18 years old;
- reside in Germany;
- have successfully onboarded with Bybit EU and completed the required identity verification;
- have a verified Bybit EU account with a valid Bybit UID;
- maintain at least EUR 1.00 available balance in their Bybit EU account during the Campaign Period;
- follow @BybitDE and @drivar.de on Instagram;
- comment under the official giveaway post which of the three vehicles they would choose; participants may optionally mention or tag a person, provided that such person has consented;
- submit their valid Bybit UID via the form on the official giveaway page on Bybit.eu; and
- accept these Terms and Conditions.

The minimum balance of EUR 1.00 is used solely for technical participation verification and account validation. It does not constitute an entry fee, stake, payment for participation, purchase, investment or trading requirement. No trading, card payment or purchase of crypto-assets is required to participate or win. Existing account balance may be taken into account. The balance remains the property of the participant.
Employees of Bybit EU, DRIVAR, affiliated companies, participating agencies or service providers, as well as their immediate family members, are excluded from participation if they are directly involved in the execution of the giveaway.
Bybit EU reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws or internal compliance requirements.

4. Participation Mechanics

To participate in the giveaway, participants must fully complete the following steps during the Campaign Period:

- follow @BybitDE and @drivar.de on Instagram;
- comment under the official giveaway post which of the three vehicles they would choose; participants may optionally mention or tag a person, provided that such person has consented;
- have a verified Bybit EU account with a valid Bybit UID and at least EUR 1.00 available balance; and
- submit their valid Bybit UID via the form on the official giveaway page on Bybit.eu.

The following vehicles are available for selection:

- Porsche GT3;
- Lamborghini Huracan;
- Mercedes G63 AMG.

Only one entry per natural person and per valid Bybit UID is permitted.
Multiple entries, duplicate UID submissions, use of third-party UIDs, automated entries, manipulated information or any other attempt to circumvent the rules are excluded.
Submitting the Bybit UID via the form on the giveaway page is mandatory. A comment or follow alone does not constitute a valid entry unless the UID has also been correctly submitted via the official form.
Participants may only tag or mention other persons in comments if those persons have consented to being tagged or mentioned.
A repost of the official giveaway post may be communicated as an additional awareness mechanism but is not a mandatory requirement for valid participation unless expressly stated otherwise and technically verifiable.

5. Main Prize

The following main prize will be drawn from all valid entries:
One Supercar Weekend with one of the following vehicles:

- Porsche GT3;
- Lamborghini Huracan;
- Mercedes G63 AMG.

In the event of winning, the winner may choose one of these three vehicles, subject to availability, location, redemption period and fulfillment of DRIVAR’s conditions.
The main prize will be provided as a DRIVAR service package with a total value of up to EUR 2,500. Subject to the final confirmed DRIVAR terms, the package includes:

- use of the selected vehicle for one weekend;
- handover of the vehicle with a full tank;
- a fuel voucher worth EUR 100;
- an exclusive partner box;
- a premium miniature model car;
- the standard mileage package included in the DRIVAR service package;
- the standard insurance included in the DRIVAR service package; and
- administrative handling by DRIVAR.

There is no entitlement to a specific vehicle model unless the desired vehicle is available during the selected redemption period and the winner fulfills all requirements of DRIVAR.
If the desired vehicle is not available during the requested redemption period, the winner may, where possible, be offered one of the other available vehicles or a comparable replacement vehicle.
The voucher and/or DRIVAR service package may be redeemed within one year from issuance. After expiry of this period, the voucher will expire to the extent legally permissible, unless DRIVAR expressly confirms otherwise.

6. Restrictions of the Main Prize

The main prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be paid out in cash.
Unless expressly included in the DRIVAR service package or confirmed in writing, the following are not included:

- travel to and from the vehicle handover location;
- additional fuel costs beyond the fuel voucher;
- additional mileage outside the agreed mileage package;
- additional insurance or optional upgrades;
- fines, tolls, parking fees or other incidental costs;
- hotel, travel or food expenses; and
- any other costs not expressly listed as part of the prize.

Any deposit, security hold or deductible is governed exclusively by the final confirmed terms of DRIVAR. To the extent such elements are included in the DRIVAR service package, DRIVAR’s terms apply. To the extent additional costs or security requirements arise outside the confirmed service package, these shall be borne by the winner.
The winner is responsible for fulfilling all requirements of DRIVAR. These may include, in particular:

- minimum age;
- valid driving license;
- minimum period of holding a driving license;
- identity verification;
- credit or security check;
- acceptance of DRIVAR’s rental, usage and insurance terms.

If the winner does not meet these requirements, the prize may be forfeited and Bybit EU may select an alternative winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

7. Winner Selection

After the Campaign Period ends, Bybit EU will review the submitted entries.
Only valid entries that fully meet all participation requirements will be included in the draw.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The draw is expected to take place within five (5) business days after the end of the Campaign Period.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the form or via another communication channel determined by Bybit EU.
The winner must respond within five (5) calendar days after notification, confirm acceptance of the prize and provide all information required for prize fulfillment.
If the winner does not respond within the specified period or does not meet the requirements, Bybit EU reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Review, Exclusion and Abuse

Bybit EU is entitled to review entries and exclude participants if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, manipulation, false information, duplicate participation, technical circumvention, unlawful conduct or other irregularities.
Irregularities include, in particular:

- duplicate or repeatedly used UIDs;
- incomplete or obviously false information;
- use of third-party accounts or third-party UIDs;
- automated or mass-generated entries;
- submissions outside the Campaign Period;
- missing minimum balance of EUR 1.00;
- failure to follow the official Instagram accounts;
- missing or unverifiable comment under the official giveaway post; or
- any other activity indicating abuse or manipulation.

Bybit EU will decide on the validity of an entry after appropriate review.

10. Data Protection

Bybit EU processes personal data exclusively for the purpose of conducting, reviewing, selecting winners, notifying winners and fulfilling the giveaway.
The processed data may include:

- name;
- email address;
- Bybit UID;
- Instagram handle;
- selected vehicle;
- time of entry; and
- any additional information required for prize fulfillment.

To the extent necessary for the redemption of the main prize, required data may be shared with DRIVAR. Any further use of such data for DRIVAR’s own marketing purposes will only take place if the participant has expressly consented.

11. Marketing, Communication and Brand Rights

Bybit EU and DRIVAR may use agreed names, brands, logos, images and other identifiers in connection with the giveaway, provided that such use has been approved in advance.
Public communication relating to the campaign, including social media posts, stories, advertisements, landing pages, press releases or other promotional materials, must be aligned with Bybit EU prior to publication.
DRIVAR must not make any independent statements regarding crypto-assets, investment opportunities, profits, price developments, returns or financial products of Bybit EU.
Legal notices, risk warnings or mandatory disclosures provided by Bybit EU must not be changed or removed.
Publication of the winner’s name, images, videos or other personal content for marketing purposes will only take place if separate consent has been obtained or another legal basis applies.

12. Social Media Platform Notice

This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Discord or any other social media platform.
Official participation takes place exclusively through the Instagram mechanics and the official giveaway page on Bybit.eu as described in these Terms and Conditions. Other platforms may be used to promote the giveaway but do not constitute an independent participation channel unless expressly stated otherwise.
By participating, the participant fully releases Instagram/Meta from any claims related to this giveaway.
The sole point of contact and responsible party for the giveaway is Bybit EU.

13. Modification, Suspension or Cancellation

Bybit EU reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway for good cause.
Good cause includes, in particular:

- legal or regulatory requirements;
- technical issues;
- security concerns;
- suspicion of abuse;
- manipulation;
- unavailability or failure of the prize;
- incorrect execution; or
- any other circumstances that materially impair the proper execution of the giveaway.

Any claims already validly accrued remain unaffected to the extent required by law.

14. Liability

Bybit EU is not liable for technical issues, unavailability of the platform, incorrect information submitted by participants, late or incomplete entries, loss of data, misuse or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
DRIVAR is responsible for the provision, roadworthiness, insurance, vehicle handover, redemption and execution of the vehicle experience to the extent such matters fall within DRIVAR’s area of responsibility.
Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and liability under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.

15. Taxes and Other Charges

The winner is responsible for declaring and paying any taxes, duties, fees or other charges that may arise in connection with accepting or using the prize, to the extent legally applicable.

16. Risk and Marketing Notice

Investing in crypto-assets involves risks, including high volatility and the potential loss of capital. Inform yourself thoroughly about the risks before making any investment decision.
This content constitutes a marketing communication within the meaning of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR) and is provided by Bybit EU GmbH. It does not constitute investment advice.

17. Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the execution of the draw and winner selection to the extent permitted by law. Statutory rights of participants remain unaffected.
