Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions of Participation ("Promotional Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the Bybit EU x w3.hub Public Viewing Giveaway (the "Promotion"). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions as well as the General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms"), available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions. Terms defined in the General Terms shall have the same meaning when used in these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
This Promotion begins on 29 May 2026 at 15:00 CEST and ends on 14 June 2026 at 18:00 CEST (the "Promotional Period"). Only actions completed during the Promotional Period will be considered for eligibility.
The Promotion is organized in connection with the invite-only Public Viewing Event for the Germany vs. Curaçao match taking place on 14 June 2026 at w3.hub, Möckernstraße 120, Berlin. The event is not open to the public and is intended exclusively for individually invited and Bybit EU-confirmed persons. Registration does not create any entitlement to participate in either the event or the Promotion.
Participation in this Promotion is available exclusively to residents of Germany who have received an individual invitation and have been confirmed by Bybit EU. New customers may also participate, provided that they have received an individual invitation, have successfully completed onboarding with Bybit EU before the end of the Promotional Period, have completed Identity Verification (KYC), possess a valid Bybit EU User ID ("UID"), and have registered for the Promotion through the Luma event page at https://luma.com/dtpk77xi. The registration link is intended solely for individually invited persons and may not be publicly shared, published, or forwarded without authorization.
This Promotion consists of an invite-only Public Viewing Event organized in cooperation with w3.hub, during which eligible and confirmed participants may receive complimentary food and drinks on-site, subject to availability. In addition, the first fifty (50) eligible and confirmed guests attending the event will each receive one complimentary football jersey, subject to availability. Furthermore, a giveaway will be conducted among all validly registered, confirmed, and eligible participants. Bybit EU may also offer an optional Prediction Game on-site as a separate activation.

w3.hub is a cooperation partner of the event but is not the organizer and bears no legal responsibility for the operation of the Giveaway or the Prediction Game unless expressly stated otherwise. Luma is used solely as a technical registration and event management platform and is neither the organizer, sponsor, co-promoter, nor administrator of this Promotion, the Giveaway, or the Prediction Game.
2. Eligibility
Participation is limited exclusively to natural persons who:
- are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
- are residents of Germany;
- have received an individual invitation from Bybit EU or w3.hub;
- have successfully completed onboarding with Bybit EU;
- have completed Identity Verification (KYC);
- possess a valid Bybit EU UID;
- register during the Promotional Period via the Luma event page at https://luma.com/dtpk77xi;
- have been confirmed by Bybit EU for participation;
- accept these Promotional Terms and Conditions; and
- maintain a freely available minimum balance of EUR 1 in their Bybit EU account at the time of registration.
Any registration that is forwarded, publicly shared, automatically generated, or otherwise unauthorized shall not create eligibility for participation. Bybit EU may reject any invitation or registration if the participation requirements are not met or if compliance, security, regulatory, or organizational considerations prevent participation.
The EUR 1 minimum balance does not constitute an entry fee, stake, payment, or other consideration for participation in the Promotion, the Event, the Giveaway, or the Prediction Game. It will not be collected, deducted, restricted, blocked, consumed, or otherwise used by Bybit EU for participation purposes. The minimum balance shall remain at all times the sole property of, and under the unrestricted control of, the respective participant.
No trading activity, purchase, card transaction, minimum holding period, lock-up, or any other paid transaction is required. No additional funds beyond the EUR 1 minimum balance are required.
The following persons are excluded from participation:
- employees of Bybit EU GmbH;
- employees of w3.hub who are directly involved in the design, organization, or operation of the Promotion;
- persons directly involved in the design, organization, or operation of the Promotion; and
- persons who violate these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
3. Registration and Data Processing
Registration for the Promotion shall be carried out exclusively through the Luma event page at https://luma.com/dtpk77xi.
As part of the registration process, participants must provide the required registration information, submit their valid Bybit EU UID, and confirm that they satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
By submitting your Bybit EU UID, you acknowledge that Bybit EU collects, processes, and uses your personal data for the purpose of administering, conducting, and verifying this Promotion, including the Giveaway and, if applicable, the Prediction Game. Only complete, truthful, and Bybit EU-confirmed registrations will be considered. Invalid, incomplete, misleading, inaccurate, unverifiable, or unauthorized information may result in exclusion from the Promotion, denial of access to the Event, and/or cancellation of Rewards.
4.Event Access and Capacity
The invite-only Public Viewing Event will take place on 14 June 2026 at w3.hub, Möckernstraße 120, Berlin.
Event capacity is limited to a maximum of two hundred (200) persons. A successful registration or invitation does not guarantee unrestricted physical access to the Event. Event access remains subject to available capacity, successful verification and confirmation of eligibility requirements, as well as security, organizational, and regulatory considerations.
Bybit EU may refuse access to the Event in particular if:
- the maximum Event capacity has been reached;
- no individual invitation or participation confirmation exists;
- the registration is incomplete, unverifiable, or unauthorized;
- the eligibility requirements are not met;
- security, compliance, or regulatory concerns apply; or
- the participant breaches these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
Bybit EU reserves the right to manage Event access on a first-come, first-served basis or through any other objectively justified capacity-management mechanism.
Persons who do not obtain physical access to the Event or who do not attend on-site shall remain eligible for the Giveaway, provided that they were individually invited, validly registered, confirmed by Bybit EU, and satisfy all eligibility requirements. Participation in the Prediction Game, however, is only possible on-site.
5. Food, Drinks and Merchandise Onsite
Food and drinks will be provided exclusively on-site during the Event and only while supplies last. There is no entitlement to specific food or beverages, reservations, replacement items, subsequent delivery, or cash compensation. Quantity limits per person may apply.
The first fifty (50) eligible guests who attend the Event on-site and satisfy the eligibility requirements shall each receive one (1) complimentary football jersey, subject to availability. Distribution shall occur on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no entitlement to a specific size, color, design, reservation, replacement item, subsequent delivery, or cash compensation.
Additional merchandise may be made available on-site at the discretion of Bybit EU and subject to availability. Participants shall have no entitlement to specific merchandise items, sizes, colors, or designs.
Where alcoholic beverages are offered, they shall only be provided in compliance with applicable laws and only to persons who have reached the legally required minimum age. Bybit EU, w3.hub, and/or the venue reserve the right to refuse the distribution of alcoholic beverages.
6. Giveaway Mechanics
All persons who have received an individual invitation, successfully registered via the Luma event page during the Promotional Period, have been confirmed by Bybit EU, and satisfy all eligibility requirements shall automatically participate in the Giveaway.
Public registrations, forwarded invitations, or unauthorized use of the Luma event page shall not establish eligibility. Bybit EU reserves the right to reject registrations or exclude participants if no valid invitation or confirmation exists.
Physical attendance at the Event is not required to participate in the Giveaway. Persons who do not attend the Event, who are denied Event access, or who cannot attend due to limited Event capacity shall remain eligible for the Giveaway, provided they have validly registered and satisfy all eligibility requirements.
A total of three (3) winners shall be selected at random from all valid, confirmed, and eligible entries.
7. Giveaway Rewards and Reward Pool
The Giveaway reward pool allocated to this Promotion is strictly limited to a maximum value of EUR 1,200, plus one Bybit EU merchandise bundle with no separately stated retail value.
The Giveaway Rewards shall be awarded as follows:
- First winner drawn: EUR 1,000 in Bitcoin (BTC);
- Second winner drawn: ten (10) tickets to the Berlin Blockchain Festival (BBF26);
- Third winner drawn: one (1) Bybit EU merchandise bundle.
The BTC Reward shall be calculated based on the exchange rate applicable at the time of internal Reward processing. Due to market fluctuations, the actual BTC amount may vary. Cash payment is excluded.
The tickets shall be provided through w3.hub or another responsible event partner. Bybit EU assumes no responsibility for changes, cancellations, availability, execution, or other circumstances relating to the Berlin Blockchain Festival (BBF26) that are outside Bybit EU's control. Use of the tickets may be subject to additional terms imposed by the respective event organizer.
The specific contents of the Bybit EU merchandise bundle depend on availability. There is no entitlement to specific products, sizes, colors, or designs.
Food, drinks, jerseys, and any other merchandise provided on-site are separate Event benefits and are not part of the Giveaway reward pool.
All Rewards and Event benefits are expressly subject to availability. There shall be no entitlement to cash payment, substitution, transfer, or exchange of any Reward or Event benefit.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
The Giveaway winners shall be selected at random after the end of the Promotional Period from all valid, confirmed, and eligible entries.
Notification shall be sent via the email address provided during registration or through another contact method specified by the participant.
Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to respond within this period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
Before distributing any Reward, Bybit EU may require winners to verify their identity, eligibility, UID, account verification status, invitation, registration confirmation, and compliance with these Promotional Terms and Conditions, or otherwise cooperate with an internal review.
Eligibility to claim and receive Rewards is strictly limited to the eligible and verified Bybit EU account holder. Claiming, or attempting to claim, a Reward on behalf of another person or legal entity is strictly prohibited and shall result in immediate disqualification.
9. Reward Distribution
The Giveaway winners shall be selected at random after the end of the Promotional Period from all valid, confirmed, and eligible entries.

10. Onsite Prediction Game
In addition to the Giveaway, Bybit EU may conduct an optional onsite Prediction Game during the invite-only Public Viewing Event.
The Prediction Game is a separate onsite activation and is entirely independent from the Giveaway described in Sections 5 to 8. Participation in the Prediction Game does not increase the chances of winning the Giveaway. The Prediction Game is subject to the additional rules set out below.
Only eligible and confirmed guests who are physically present at the Public Viewing Event, have successfully checked in at the Event, and satisfy all participation requirements under these Promotional Terms and Conditions are eligible to participate in the Prediction Game.
To participate, eligible guests must fully complete a physical Prediction Sheet before the start of the match and submit it at the designated merchandise, check-in, or activation desk. The Prediction Sheet may include, in particular, the following prediction categories:
- Match outcome: Germany, Draw, or Curaçao;
- Exact final score of the match; and
- Minute of the first goal.
Only one (1) Prediction Sheet is permitted per participant. Prediction Sheets submitted after the start of the match, incomplete Prediction Sheets, illegible Prediction Sheets, Prediction Sheets that do not contain a valid Bybit EU UID, Prediction Sheets that cannot be validated, or Prediction Sheets submitted by persons who do not satisfy the participation requirements shall be deemed invalid and will not be considered.
Predictions shall be evaluated after the conclusion of the match based on the official match result. The minute of the first goal shall be determined according to the officially displayed or recorded match minute. If no goal is scored, the third prediction category shall only be deemed correct if the Prediction Sheet expressly included a “No Goal” option (or an equivalent option) and that option was selected.
The Prediction Game Rewards shall be awarded as follows, subject to availability, successful eligibility checks, and successful reward processing:
- Participants who correctly predict two (2) prediction categories may receive one (1) Bybit EU football jersey, subject to availability; and
- Participants who correctly predict all three (3) prediction categories may receive BTC with a value equivalent to EUR 500, subject to the cap and tie-break rules set out below.
To avoid an unlimited reward obligation, the following limitations shall apply to the Prediction Game:
- Jerseys shall only be distributed while supplies last. Prediction Game jerseys may be fulfilled from the available onsite jersey inventory. No participant shall be entitled to receive more than one (1) jersey unless Bybit EU expressly decides otherwise.
- The total BTC reward pool for the Prediction Game is limited to EUR 500 in BTC unless Bybit EU expressly confirms a higher amount in writing.
If more than one eligible participant correctly predicts all three (3) prediction categories, the recipient of the EUR 500 BTC Reward shall be determined based on the highest number of correct prediction categories. If a tie remains, the participant whose prediction is closest to the actual minute of the first goal shall prevail. If a tie still remains, Bybit EU may, at its sole discretion, determine the winner by random draw among the tied eligible participants.
The BTC Reward shall be calculated based on the exchange rate applicable at the time of internal reward processing. Due to market fluctuations, the actual BTC amount may vary. No cash alternative shall be available.
The BTC Reward shall be credited exclusively to the valid Bybit EU account of the winner, including, without limitation, the Bybit Unified Trading Account (“UTA”), Rewards Hub, or any other reward destination designated by Bybit EU. No payout shall be made in fiat currency, to external wallets, or to third parties.
Jerseys may be distributed onsite or otherwise provided at Bybit EU’s discretion. Participants shall have no entitlement to a specific size, color, design, replacement item, subsequent delivery, or cash alternative.
Before issuing any Prediction Game Reward, Bybit EU may require participants to verify their identity, eligibility, UID, account verification status, invitation, registration confirmation, Prediction Sheet, and compliance with these Promotional Terms and Conditions, or otherwise cooperate with an internal review.
Bybit EU may refuse, withhold, or cancel a Prediction Game Reward if any information is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable; if fraud, manipulation, multiple participation, or abusive conduct is suspected; if the participant’s Bybit EU account is restricted, suspended, or under review; or if security, compliance, regulatory, or fairness considerations so require.
Bybit EU accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, late-submitted, incomplete, illegible, or incorrectly completed Prediction Sheets. Bybit EU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Prediction Game for legal, regulatory, security-related, operational, or fairness reasons.
11. Unfair or Abusive Activities
Participation is strictly limited to one (1) entry per user. Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who submits multiple entries or who engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful conduct during the Promotion.
Such conduct includes, without limitation, multiple entries, the use of multiple accounts, fake accounts, bots, automated participation, false or misleading information, technical manipulation, circumvention of the participation requirements, unauthorized use or forwarding of the registration link, or any abusive use of the registration process, the Bybit EU platform, the Giveaway, or the Prediction Game.
12. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation
Bybit EU reserves the right to the final interpretation of this Promotion, the Giveaway and the Prediction Game.
The Promotion is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion, the Giveaway or the Prediction Game at any time without prior notice where objectively justified. Any rewards already accrued prior to cancellation will be distributed in line with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance with legal requirements or risk controls, including cases where a Bybit Account is restricted, suspended or under review.
13. Taxes
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable taxes, duties or fees associated with the receipt of any reward under this Promotion in accordance with your local jurisdiction’s laws and regulations.
Bybit EU does not provide tax advice.
14. No Association with Luma or Other Platforms
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Luma. Luma is used solely as a technical registration and event-management platform. Any questions regarding the Promotion must be directed to Bybit EU and not to Luma.
Where the Promotion is advertised on other platforms, such platforms are also not associated with the Promotion and are neither sponsors nor organizers.
15. Final Provisions
German law shall apply.
Should any provision of these Promotional Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
