1. General

These terms and conditions (“Promotional Terms and Conditions”) govern your participation in the Bybit EU x w3.hub Public Viewing Giveaway (“Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions. Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
This Promotion shall commence on 29 May 2026 at 15:00 CEST and shall officially conclude on 14 June 2026 at 18:00 CEST (“Promotional Period”). Only actions completed within this Promotional Period shall be considered for eligibility.
The Promotion takes place in connection with the public viewing event for the Germany vs. Curaçao match on 14 June 2026 at w3.hub, Möckernstraße 120, Berlin.
Participation in this Promotion is exclusively available to residents of Germany. New customers may also participate, provided that they are successfully onboarded with Bybit EU, have completed Identity Verification / KYC, hold a valid Bybit EU User ID (“UID”) and register for the Promotion via the Luma event page available at https://luma.com/dtpk77xi before the end of the Promotional Period.
This Promotion consists of an onsite public viewing event in cooperation with w3.hub, where eligible participants may receive free food and drinks onsite, subject to availability. In addition, the first fifty (50) eligible onsite guests will each receive one free football jersey, subject to availability. The Promotion also includes a giveaway among all validly registered and eligible participants. In addition, Bybit EU may operate a voluntary onsite Prediction Game as a separate onsite activation.

w3.hub acts as an event cooperation partner only and is not the organizer or legally responsible for the execution of the Giveaway or the Prediction Game, unless expressly stated otherwise. Luma is used solely as a technical registration and event-management platform and is neither the organizer, sponsor, co-promoter nor administrator of this Promotion, the Giveaway or the Prediction Game.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open exclusively to natural persons who:

• are at least 18 years old;
• are residents of Germany;
• are successfully onboarded with Bybit EU;
• have completed Identity Verification / KYC;
• hold a valid Bybit EU UID;
• register for the Promotion via the Luma event page available at https://luma.com/dtpk77xi during the Promotional Period;
• accept these Promotional Terms and Conditions; and
• hold a freely available minimum balance of EUR 1 on their Bybit EU account at the time of registration.

The EUR 1 minimum balance does not constitute an entry fee, stake, payment or consideration for participation in the Promotion, the event, the Giveaway or the Prediction Game. It will not be collected, deducted, locked, blocked, consumed or otherwise used by Bybit EU for participation. The minimum balance remains fully owned and freely controlled by the relevant participant at all times.
No trade, purchase, card spend, minimum holding period, lock-up or other paid transaction is required. No funds beyond the EUR 1 minimum balance are required.
The following persons are excluded from participation:

• employees of Bybit EU GmbH;
• employees of w3.hub, to the extent directly involved in the conception, organization or execution of the Promotion;
• individuals directly involved in the conception, organization or execution of the Promotion; and
• participants who violate these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

3. Registration and Data Processing

Registration for the Promotion takes place exclusively via the Luma event page available at https://luma.com/dtpk77xi.
During registration, participants must provide the required registration data, submit their valid Bybit EU UID and confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
By submitting your Bybit EU UID, you acknowledge that Bybit EU will collect, process and use your personal data for the purpose of administering, executing and verifying this Promotion, including the Giveaway and, where you participate, the Prediction Game. For more information on how your data is handled, please review the Bybit EU Privacy Policy available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/data-protection-and-transparency/privacy-policy.
Only complete and truthful registrations will be considered. Invalid, incomplete, misleading, false or unverifiable information may result in exclusion from the Promotion, refusal of event access and/or cancellation of rewards.

4.Event Access and Capacity
The public viewing event takes place on 14 June 2026 at w3.hub, Möckernstraße 120, Berlin.
Event capacity is limited to a maximum of 200 persons. Successful registration does not create an unrestricted right to physical access to the event. Event access is subject to available capacity, successful verification of the eligibility requirements and security-related, organizational and regulatory requirements.
Bybit EU may refuse event access in particular if:

• the maximum event capacity has been reached;
• the registration is incomplete or not verifiable;
• the eligibility requirements are not fulfilled;
• security, compliance or regulatory reasons prevent access; or
• the participant violates these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

Bybit EU reserves the right to organize event access on a first-come, first-served basis or according to another objectively justified capacity management process.
Persons who do not receive physical access to the event or who do not attend onsite remain eligible for the Giveaway, provided that they validly registered and fulfil all eligibility requirements. Participation in the Prediction Game is only possible onsite.

5. Food, Drinks and Merchandise Onsite

Food and drinks are provided exclusively onsite at the event and only while supplies last. There is no entitlement to specific food or drinks, reservation, later shipping, replacement benefit or cash alternative. Quantity restrictions may apply per person.
The first fifty (50) eligible guests who attend the event onsite and fulfil the eligibility requirements will each receive one (1) free football jersey, subject to availability. Jerseys will be provided on a first come, first served basis. No entitlement exists to a specific size, color, version, reservation, later shipping, replacement benefit or cash alternative.
Additional merchandise may be provided onsite at Bybit EU’s discretion and subject to availability. No entitlement exists to specific merchandise products, sizes, colors or versions.
Alcoholic beverages, if offered, will only be provided in accordance with applicable legal requirements and only to persons who have reached the required minimum age. Bybit EU, w3.hub and/or the venue reserve the right to refuse the provision of alcoholic beverages.

6. Giveaway Mechanics

All persons who successfully register via the Luma event page during the Promotional Period and fulfil the eligibility requirements automatically participate in the Giveaway.
Physical attendance at the event is not required to participate in the Giveaway. Persons who do not attend the event, do not receive event access or cannot attend onsite due to limited event capacity remain eligible for the Giveaway, provided that they validly registered and fulfil all eligibility requirements.
A total of three (3) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.

7. Giveaway Rewards and Reward Pool

The Giveaway reward pool allocated for this Promotion is strictly capped at a maximum value of EUR 1,200 plus one Bybit EU merchandise bundle with no separately stated retail value.
The Giveaway rewards will be awarded as follows:

• First winner drawn: EUR 1,000 in Bitcoin (BTC).
• Second winner drawn: ten (10) tickets for Berlin Blockchain Festival / BBF26.
• Third winner drawn: one (1) Bybit EU merchandise bundle.

The BTC reward will be calculated based on the exchange rate applicable at the time of internal reward processing. Due to market fluctuations, the actual BTC amount may vary. Cash payout is excluded.
Ticket issuance will be handled by w3.hub or another relevant event partner. Bybit EU assumes no responsibility for changes, cancellation, availability, execution or other circumstances relating to Berlin Blockchain Festival / BBF26, to the extent outside Bybit EU’s control. Use of the tickets may be subject to additional terms of the relevant event organizer.
The exact contents of the Bybit EU merchandise bundle depend on availability. No entitlement exists to specific products, sizes, colors or versions.
Food, drinks, jerseys and other merchandise provided onsite are separate event benefits and are provided onsite only and subject to availability. They are not part of the Giveaway reward pool.
All rewards and event benefits are expressly subject to availability. There is no entitlement to cash payout, replacement benefit, transfer or exchange of any reward or event benefit.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected randomly after the end of the Promotional Period from all valid entries.
Winners will be contacted via the email address provided during registration or via another contact channel provided by the participant.
Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours after notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Before reward distribution, Bybit EU may require winners to prove or allow internal verification of their identity, eligibility, UID, account verification status and compliance with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility to claim and receive rewards is strictly limited to the eligible verified Bybit EU account holder. Claiming, or attempting to claim, a reward on behalf of another person or entity is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion.

9. Reward Distribution

The BTC reward will be distributed after a three (3) day risk assessment period into the winner’s Bybit Unified Trading Account (“UTA”), Rewards Hub or other reward destination determined by Bybit EU.
The BTC reward will be credited only to the winner’s valid Bybit EU account. No payout of the BTC reward will be made in fiat currency, to external wallets or to third parties.
Tickets will be delivered digitally by email or as otherwise coordinated.
If the winner attends the event, the merchandise bundle may be collected onsite. Otherwise, shipping or an alternative delivery arrangement may be coordinated at Bybit EU’s discretion.
Food, drinks, jerseys and other merchandise onsite are provided at the event only and will not be shipped, replaced or otherwise provided after the event, unless expressly determined otherwise by Bybit EU.

10. Onsite Prediction Game

In addition to the Giveaway, Bybit EU may operate a voluntary onsite Prediction Game at the Public Viewing Event.
The Prediction Game is a separate onsite activation and is fully separate from the Giveaway described in Sections 5 to 8 above. Participation in the Prediction Game does not increase a participant’s chances of winning any Giveaway Reward. The Prediction Game is subject to the additional rules set out below.
Participation in the Prediction Game is available only to eligible guests who are physically present at the Public Viewing Event, have successfully checked in onsite and fulfil the eligibility requirements under these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
To participate, eligible guests must complete and submit a physical prediction sheet before kick-off of the Germany vs. Curaçao match. The prediction sheet may require participants to predict:

• the match result: Germany win, draw or Curaçao win;
• the exact final score of the match; and
• the match minute of the first goal.

Only one (1) prediction sheet per participant is permitted. Prediction sheets submitted after kick-off, incomplete prediction sheets, illegible prediction sheets, prediction sheets without a valid Bybit EU UID, prediction sheets that cannot be validated or prediction sheets submitted by persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be invalid and will not be considered.
The evaluation of predictions will take place after the end of the match based on the official match result. The match minute of the first goal will be determined based on the officially displayed or recorded match minute. If no goal is scored, the third prediction category will only be treated as correct if the prediction sheet expressly allowed “no goal” or an equivalent option and the participant selected that option.
Prediction Game rewards will be awarded as follows, in each case subject to availability, successful eligibility checks and successful reward processing:

• participants with two (2) correct prediction categories may receive one (1) Bybit EU football jersey, subject to availability; and
• participants with three (3) correct prediction categories may receive BTC equivalent to EUR 500, subject to the cap and tie-break rules below.

To avoid unlimited reward exposure, the following limitations apply to the Prediction Game:

• jerseys will be provided only while available stock lasts. Prediction Game jerseys may be fulfilled from the available onsite jersey stock. A participant is not entitled to receive more than one (1) jersey, unless Bybit EU expressly determines otherwise; and
• the BTC reward pool for the Prediction Game is capped at EUR 500 in BTC in aggregate, unless Bybit EU expressly confirms a higher amount in writing.

If more than one eligible participant achieves three (3) correct prediction categories, the winner of the EUR 500 BTC reward will be determined based on the highest number of correct prediction categories. If there is still a tie, the winner will be determined by the closest prediction for the match minute of the first goal. If there is still a tie, Bybit EU may determine the winner by random draw among the tied eligible participants.
The BTC reward will be calculated based on the exchange rate applicable at the time of internal reward processing. Due to market fluctuations, the actual BTC amount may vary. Cash payout is excluded.
The BTC reward will be credited only to the winner’s valid Bybit EU account, including the Bybit Unified Trading Account (“UTA”), Rewards Hub or other reward destination determined by Bybit EU. No payout will be made in fiat currency, to external wallets or to third parties.
Jerseys may be handed out onsite or otherwise provided at Bybit EU’s discretion. There is no entitlement to a specific size, color, version, later shipping, replacement benefit or cash alternative.
Bybit EU may require participants to prove or allow internal verification of their identity, eligibility, UID, account verification status, prediction sheet and compliance with these Promotional Terms and Conditions before issuing any Prediction Game reward.
Bybit EU may refuse, withhold or cancel a Prediction Game reward if information is incomplete, false, misleading or not verifiable, if there is suspicion of fraud, manipulation, multiple participation or abusive conduct, if the Bybit EU account is restricted, suspended or under review, or if security, compliance, regulatory or fairness reasons prevent issuance.
Bybit EU is not responsible for lost, damaged, late, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly completed prediction sheets. Bybit EU may amend, suspend or cancel the Prediction Game where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, security, operational or fairness reasons.

11. Unfair or Abusive Activities

Participation is strictly limited to one (1) entry per user for the Giveaway and one (1) prediction sheet per participant for the Prediction Game. Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who enters multiple times or engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activities during the Promotion.
This includes, in particular, multiple entries, use of multiple accounts, fake accounts, bots, automated participation, false or misleading information, technical manipulation, circumvention of eligibility requirements or abusive use of the registration process, the Bybit EU platform, the Giveaway or the Prediction Game.

12. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation

Bybit EU reserves the right to the final interpretation of this Promotion, the Giveaway and the Prediction Game.
The Promotion is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion, the Giveaway or the Prediction Game at any time without prior notice where objectively justified. Any rewards already accrued prior to cancellation will be distributed in line with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance with legal requirements or risk controls, including cases where a Bybit Account is restricted, suspended or under review.

13. Taxes

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable taxes, duties or fees associated with the receipt of any reward under this Promotion in accordance with your local jurisdiction’s laws and regulations.
Bybit EU does not provide tax advice.

14. No Association with Luma or Other Platforms

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Luma. Luma is used solely as a technical registration and event-management platform. Any questions regarding the Promotion must be directed to Bybit EU and not to Luma.
Where the Promotion is advertised on other platforms, such platforms are also not associated with the Promotion and are neither sponsors nor organizers.

15. Final Provisions

German law shall apply.
Should any provision of these Promotional Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
