Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern participation in the NEW USER Germany campaign (“Campaign”) described on this page.
By participating in this Campaign, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Bybit EU (“General Terms”). The General Terms are available at:

Terms defined in the General Terms shall have the same meaning in these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail for the purposes of this Campaign.
The Campaign period begins on 28 April 2026 at 12:00 PM CEST and ends on 30 June 2026 at 11:59 PM CEST (“Campaign Period”). Only actions fully completed during the Campaign Period may qualify for participation in the Campaign.
- Eligibility
This Campaign is exclusively available to new users residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old, have successfully registered and completed verification with Bybit EU, and have not yet made a qualifying first-time deposit with Bybit EU.
To be eligible for a Reward under this Campaign, users must successfully complete onboarding with Bybit EU, complete the required identity verification, and register for the Campaign via the designated campaign button (“Register Now”) on the Campaign page.
Participants from countries or regions where Bybit EU does not provide its services, or where participation is prohibited by applicable laws or regulations, are excluded from participation.
Participation in multiple first-deposit or funding campaigns simultaneously is not permitted unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable campaign terms.
2. Participation Requirements
To participate in the Campaign and qualify for the Reward, users must during the Campaign Period:
- register via the designated campaign button (“Register Now”) on the Campaign page;
- successfully complete the required identity verification; and
- make a first-time qualifying net deposit of at least EUR 1.
For the purpose of calculating the qualifying deposit, the net amount shall apply. The net amount is calculated as the total eligible deposits made during the Campaign Period, including directly purchased crypto assets, minus any withdrawals made during the Campaign Period.
Only the following funding methods qualify as eligible deposits:
- One-Click Buy;
- crypto deposits; and
- fiat deposits.
Internal transfers between Bybit accounts shall not qualify as eligible deposits and will not be considered for this Campaign.
3. Reward and Allocation
After successful registration, verification, and completion of a qualifying top-up, eligible users will receive a one-time reward of €20 in Bitcoin (BTC).
Combination with additional reward: This campaign can be combined with the separate Welcome Rewards campaign, provided the user also fulfills all requirements of the Welcome Rewards campaign. The Welcome Rewards terms are available here: Welcome Rewards Terms
New users who complete a qualifying net top-up of at least €100 within 7 days of registration may, subject to the applicable Welcome Rewards terms, reward availability, successful verification, and internal security, risk, and compliance checks, be eligible for an additional €20 BTC reward. In such cases, eligible users may receive up to €40 in BTC rewards in total across both campaigns.
The reward will be credited in the BTC equivalent value. Conversion will be based on the exchange rate applied by Bybit EU GmbH at the time of crediting.
Rewards offered under this campaign are limited and distributed on a first come, first served basis. A user is only entitled to receive a reward if all participation requirements are fulfilled and rewards are still available at the time the requirements are completed.
Bybit EU GmbH reserves the right to stop issuing further rewards once the allocated reward pool for this campaign has been exhausted.
4. Credit and Redemption
The Reward will be credited to the Rewards Hub within up to 14 business days after all participation requirements have been fulfilled and following completion of internal security, risk, and compliance checks.
The use and redemption of the Reward may be subject to additional terms specified in the Rewards Hub, including with respect to availability, expiration, and permitted use.
5. One-Time Participation
Participation is limited to one participation per user and per Bybit account.
Where this Campaign constitutes a first-deposit task, such task may only be completed once per Bybit account. Users who have already completed a corresponding first-deposit task or are currently participating in such a task under another campaign shall not be eligible to receive an additional Reward under this Campaign.
Rewards may only be claimed by the verified holder of the relevant Bybit EU account. Claiming or attempting to claim a Reward on behalf of another individual or entity is prohibited.
6. Abuse and Exclusion
Participating users are required to comply with the General Terms of Bybit EU as well as these Terms and Conditions.
Bybit EU may exclude users from the Campaign or delay, deny, adjust, reclaim, or cancel Rewards where necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical, legal, regulatory, or risk-related reasons. This applies in particular in cases of:
- multiple registrations;
- use of multiple accounts to obtain additional Rewards;
- repeated use of the same funds to obtain multiple Rewards;
- false, misleading, or incomplete information;
- suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities; or
- restricted, suspended, or accounts subject to ongoing review.
7. Nature of the Campaign
Participation in this Campaign does not create any expectation of profit and does not constitute a financial or investment opportunity.
The Reward forms part of a voluntary marketing campaign by Bybit EU. This Campaign does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or a solicitation to trade crypto assets.
8. Scope of Services
Bybit EU provides crypto-asset services, including in particular the custody and administration of crypto assets, the exchange of crypto assets for fiat currencies, the exchange of crypto assets for other crypto assets, and related services.
Bybit EU does not provide investment advice or portfolio management services.
9. Amendments and Termination
Bybit EU reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Campaign and these Terms and Conditions with future effect where necessary for legitimate reasons, including legal, regulatory, technical, security-related, or fraud prevention reasons.
Rewards already properly earned shall remain unaffected, subject to the verification, security, and abuse prevention provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
10. Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes, duties, or fees that may arise in connection with the receipt, use, or disposal of a Reward in their respective jurisdiction.
11. Data Protection
By participating in this Campaign and, where applicable, providing their Bybit UID, participants confirm that Bybit EU processes personal data for the purposes of administering, reviewing, and operating this Campaign.

12. Interpretation and Contact
Bybit EU reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this Campaign to the extent permitted by applicable law.
