How to Deposit Fiat Currencies on Bybit EU

Bybit EU supports the deposit of various fiat currencies and offers multiple payment methods. Before proceeding to make a fiat deposit, please take note of the following:

1. Certain users may not have access to some currencies or payment methods mentioned in this article due to regulatory issues or maintenance. For the latest information on available currencies and payment methods, please visit the Fiat Deposit page.

1. Some fiat payment methods will only be available for withdrawal once you have made an initial fiat deposit to your account and not all fiat supported for deposit will be available for withdrawal. You can find more details about the supported fiat currencies and the requirements for each payment method for withdrawal here.

Please find below the list of currently supported fiat currencies for deposits as well as their respective payment methods:

Here is a step-by-step guide to depositing fiat currencies on Bybit EU.

Step 1: Click on Buy Crypto → Fiat Deposit at the top left corner of the navigation bar to enter the Fiat Deposit page.

Step 2: Please follow the steps below to place your order:

1. Select the fiat currency
2. Enter the deposit amount
3. Select your payment method
4. Click on Continue

Note:

1. The fiat deposit fees and processing time are visible when selecting a payment method.
2. If you are unsure of the required information and process for a specific payment method, you may check the Deposit Instructions to learn more details.

1. Identity Verification is required for fiat deposits. Unfortunately Business verification is not supported at the moment. To learn more about Identity verification, please refer to the following articles: FAQ — Individual KYC.

Step 3: Some payment methods will require you to link your Bybit EU account to your service provider’s account. Carefully check on the required information before clicking on Confirm to proceed.

Please note that each payment method has a different deposit process. You can find more details in this FAQ section.

The deposit details requested will vary depending on the selected payment method. Please find below more details for each currency and payment method.

Notes:

1. The name used during the payment must match the information provided in the Individual Verification as inconsistent account information may result in unsuccessful deposits and the refund process may take 7–14 working days, assuming all required information is provided upon request.
2. For certain payment methods, a virtual bank account will be created for you to receive funds on Bybit EU.

Step 4:

a) Online Payment Methods:

1. Follow your bank or service provider’s instructions to transfer assets according to the account information provided by Bybit EU.
2. Ensure attention to crucial details, including the necessity for information consistency and being conscious of the deposit limit.
3. Please be patient while your bank or service provider processes your order.

b) Offline Payment Methods:

1. You will be reminded with a note before making a transaction.
2. Head to your deposit channel to transfer funds using the payment details shown on the page.
3. Only deposit using an account registered under your identity information; otherwise, the deposit will fail. The refund process may take 7–14 working days, assuming all required information is provided upon request.

c) E-Wallet Payment Methods:

Once you have confirmed the payment account and deposit details, you will be redirected to a third-party platform. Please log in to your third-party account, transfer the funds within the specified time, and confirm the deposit.

d) Bank Card Payment Methods:

For Bank Card, enter your bank card information and click Continue once done. Ensure that your bank card is supported by checking the information box on the right. You will be required to fill in the billing address. Please ensure that the billing address entered matches your bank card’s registered address.

For Google Pay/Apple Pay, click on Continue in the pop-up window to link your account for the initial deposit. Ensure to select your Country/Region before entering your Card Details.

Step 5: For a successful transaction, you may find your order by going to your Order page to check the details of your order.

Important Notes:

1. Deposits are usually credited to your Funding Account within 3 working days. Real-time orders may undergo further investigation by our Risk Control team. If you have not received your deposit on Bybit EU after 3 working days, please fill out the Appeal Form to initiate the asset recovery process.

3. If the system can not find your deposit, you might be required to submit the payment proof for the relevant team to manually review the transaction. You will be notified via email/push notification to submit the relevant documentation here. Usually the review will take 2 business days.
