Please contact your card issuer for inquiries if you’re using a bank card supported by Bybit Europe. |
Insufficient funds |
Please make sure you have sufficient funds in your bank card account. You may also use another card to place the order. |
Do not honor

Please contact your card issuer for inquiries, or try again later. |
Invalid bank card information:
|
Please make sure the bank card information you’ve entered is correct, and try again. |
Billing address does not match |
1) Please ensure that the billing address you’ve entered is the same as the billing address on file with the card issuer.
2) You can head to the User Center to update your billing address. |
Card type is not supported |
Please use an alternative bank card supported by Bybit Europe. Currently, Visa and Mastercard payments are supported. Please note that corporate cards are not supported.

Daily transaction limit reached |
You may request an increase of your daily transaction limit with the card issuer. |
