Morpho co-founder Paul Frambot reported that the Resolv protocol security incident impacted the stablecoin USR, related asset RPL, and the lending market using these as collateral. About 15 of 500 Morpho vaults with deposits over $10,000 face significant risk exposure. These affected vaults involve high-risk strategies with long-tail collateral, while low-risk vaults remain unaffected, demonstrating Morpho's risk isolation effectiveness. From the daily chart, RPL has been on a continued decline since falling from its early March high of $2.23, recently breaking below the $1.75 support and touching a previous low near $1.72. Overall, trading volume has contracted, indicating cautious trading on both sides. If the price can gain effective support near $1.72 and be accompanied by increased trading volume, there is potential to return to the resistance at $1.80. Otherwise, a further test of support at $1.65 may occur in the short term. The overall tendency is range-bound consolidation; downside risk remains, but dip buying can be monitored.
